My nurse technician was very caring and thorough. My doctor came in almost immediately after the exam concluded , and the same thoughtful care was administered. The doctor listened, asked questions, and gave very thorough instruction for my further care at home. I appreciate that I was treated not only with respect but with what felt like genuine care and concern for my wellbeing. I will be recommending Wylie Breeze to my family, friends and even strangers I happen to strike up a conversation with. This was the most comforting feeling when I was feeling so very ill.

Unfortunately, I had to return three separate times just to get treated properly. The biggest issue is follow-up. They are extremely poor at communicating lab results. I repeatedly called the front desk to ask about results or next steps, but information was never disclosed and callbacks never happened. Because of this lack of follow-up, I was forced to keep returning in person. Nothing from my visits or lab results appeared to be documented in my account, so each visit felt like starting from scratch. Providers had no clear record of prior visits, and prescriptions were not provided because results weren't available or accessible. Overall, the lack of communication, documentation, and follow-through made this a frustrating experience, especially for someone without an established PCP. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

After switching again to BlueCross BlueShield HMO, I finally got an appointment. But Dr. Muhyiddin rushed through it, offering only a few minutes of his time. When I asked for a referral to an orthopedic specialist--required by my insurance--he dismissed my request and said he didn't have time. During a telehealth visit, his advice was vague, and he showed no interest in addressing my health concerns, despite me struggling with high cholesterol levels and other serious issues. I reached out multiple times, but my messages went unanswered, and my calls were ignored. As a Muslim, I am reminded of the verse from the Quran that says, "The believers are but brothers" (Quran 49:10). I trusted Dr. Muhyiddin as a brother, but instead, I was met with arrogance and neglect. It is deeply saddening to see someone, especially a Muslim doctor, forget the values of compassion and service. I watched as Dr. Muhyiddin became more successful and popular, but I also want to remind him that in the blink of an eye, Allah can change anyone's status. Allah is the one who gives, and He is the one who can take away. It's pride that blinds us to this truth, and I pray that Dr. Muhyiddin understands that no matter how high he rises, he can be humbled in an instant by Allah's will. The pride of ghurur can easily turn a person from the highest to the lowest in the blink of an eye, and I hope he reflects on this. For now, I will be seeking care elsewhere, from a doctor who listens, values his patients, and upholds the true essence of the medical oath to serve humanity.
