This has been an ongoing issue. Weeks and numerous deadlines pass and you think your paperwork was served and it was not. You only find this out because when you call to ask for the service certificate they say it was not done. Even when I think the issue has been resolved the same thing happens again. I have attempted to speak with the owner numerous times but he does not return calls. They have been through at least 5 staff members since I started using them this is a serious ongoing issue that the owner clearly does to not care about.
