I was grateful for the opportunity until she came on shift. She was super mean to an elderly woman who wanted a photo enlarged of her dead friend. She basically hired me so she could teach her graphic designer a lesson for calling in sick 2 days then upon her return created a hostile work environment so I could leave claiming the girl was like a daughter to her after talking crap to me about her. It was a sweat shop with a lagging windows network and a bunch of users logged into the cloud and of course being rushed to complete the backlog so I could be discarded after. read more

I tried to be loyal because they were so close to where my office is. But it's time to acknowledge that the people who work there, including the owner, Nadia, are removed and indifferent to caring. They respond quickly to give quotes, but once you sign up, you will have to chase them down. The quality of the signs and stickers I had made were so bad, I couldn't use them for a trade show. Logo stickers were cut off and crooked. The signs were smeared and their attitude was indifferent. They are very unprofessional, and it's clear, customer service is not a priority. I also found out their pricing is ridiculous. Go online, (Amazon or Vistaprint) and get better customer service and quality. read more

I'm Not impressed. They were nice before I paid them but after that not so much. I already had business cards and said I want the same thing same color just add a phone number and the cards were supposed to be a light blue. Like the ones I left her to duplicate. We picked out a card stock and we agreed on it as long as we could do in a blue they said it shouldn't be a problem when I went to pick up the cards they where white and told them they where supposed to be blue they said we don't have blue in that stock you would have to pick a different stock and repay but we can only offer you a small discount. I told her no you said it shouldn't be a problem she said she didn't say that which is not true and I even checked my email conversation which I clearly said as long as they are in light blue we are good to go. so instead of calling me or replaying to my email they just made them in white and The cards where not cheep actually twice as much as the last place I used but they are closed now and that's why I tried these guys. She just said do you want to pick them up or throw them out and there's no refund. Just a small discount on new ones. This is no way to do business and argue with the customer saying that she didn't say that when maybe she should check her email when they sent the final print and I clearly said as long as they are blue we are good to go but I didn't hear back till they where ready to pick up. I won't use them again and would not recommend them to anyone because once you pay them you get what they give you and if you don't like it you have to repay even if it's their mistake they will argue that it wasn't their fault. They did a big job for us inclusive of 9, 4ft tall window decals for our storefront with install. The print quality, service, price and installation was fantastic! Honestly, I was very nervous about working with them on this larger job since it was the first time we used this shop. Unfortunately, there was a 2 day delay on the install, but, all in all the final results were worth it. I was not impressed. I had ordered business cards 4 months ago and needed a new batch with only a change of address. I approved the text change assuming the font size and color in the pdf matched everything else as before. You know what they say about "ass-uming." They suggested a resolution for printing a new batch--for a price. Their service was not as prompt as other reviews report. Totally unsatisfying--and these guys are not inexpensive. I chose them because they were convenient. I'll have my corrected cards done elsewhere--including any future printing needs. read more

Avoid the hazard!! Worst service and experience ever! They even stole my money, kept my folders and didn't perform any work. A small claim with the Broward County Court is being processed to get the money back and all court fees. On Sept. 01, 2016 I gave them $120 down to design a brochure, as per their emails and updates they were supposed to be working on the preliminary design, but today, Sept. 27, 201, after patiently waiting during almost 30 days to review the progress of the work, I got and email saying that I needed to put some money down for them to start working on the design. I was in shock after that email since I had already given them half of the cost to do the design. Immediately I decided to contact them, but to my surprise I found the worst customer service I've ever experienced directly from the owner, who said and yelled at me that she was not going to give me any money back. I decided to go to their location and even after showing her the bank statement showing the transaction she decided to keep me there for about 1hr, yelled at my face, spelled me from the place, throw to the floor the documents I had placed on the reception desk and course at me in several occasions. Since she, (an older short blond woman) the owner, kept the money, a small claim with the Broward County Court is being processed to get it back and all court fees. read more
