I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.

I emailed them as I had a couple of questions prior to placing my order and they replied quickly and professionally. I love supporting local businesses so as soon as I saw how quick and nice they were - I placed my order. A week or so later, got the email my order was completed. I went ahead and picked it up and everyone there was sweet! This will probably be my go to for custom clothing!

After getting a quote from couple other print shops & n seeing their products, I decided to give this guys a try also & they're your to go guys!!! I ordered 2 magnetic signs 1st many people said (no they won't print the size I want) 2nd ( they gave me an awful high price) 3rd ( they gave long delivery time & high shipping rates) But this guys not only did the job, but gave me an amazing deal (3times cheaper then the other shops), did the job in less then 24hrs, also fixed up my file too for free. Stoked with everything at Screen Printing by Marquina. She is great to work with. Her husband and son are great, too. The help with artwork was amazing. Just launching a new line Aloha Life. My order came out so nice. Quality is spot on. Printing is clean. Really pay attention to detail. Advice about making things better comes from a lot of experience. He'd take this backpack everywhere he went to share his cigars with friends, including my husband. Every time they would light up, they'd always have to create a makeshift ashtray and try to find a place to lay their lit cigars. Before Hyde heard my complaint we went on for about a solid 5-10 minutes about how I told him that his staff was rude and that I'm difficult. I was accused of several things on this phone call by this owner, none of which were true. In fact, he actually didn't even let me get a word in. At the end of the call he told me he was sorry that they couldn't work with me and that I was making him feel unsettled. Now look, I'm all about expressing ones self, and if you say you're unsettled, I get it, and I respect it. But when a customer calls to talk to you about a negative experience they're having with your company and that your staff has been snippy, the right response isn't to play the victim and accuse the customer of X, Y, Z. Honestly, at the end of the day, this business operates like a total joke. If you don't value your time, by all means, give them your business. If you have any value for your time and integrity, don't bother wasting it here.

They say they tried hard and made me feel bad saying they tried it on multiple machines and still the quality was poor. At that point they should have called me but they did not. She claimed it was 1 in 1000 that had this issue. I did the research and pointed out a possible fix; they sent my VHS tape over to their Torrance store and the result was noticeably much better. In the meantime, I missed my deadline and the poor version was not acceptable for the event we were planning to show it at. So I WOULD recommend this business but ONLY the Torrance store with the better equipped deck. I was made to feel bad for insisting on better quality- this was not a good feeling so I do not think I would use them again. (I imagine they are not going to cry about losing me as a customer) In the end, they gave me the fat file so we could do professional corrections on the file so I can still recommend them but they did say up front at the end, that they don't do this usually. And they did NOT charge me extra.

Thankfully, I was able to get a bulk discount by converting multiple reels at a time. I made several trips to drop off and pick up the converted videos. Each time, the person I dealt with or spoke with on the phone was very friendly, personable, and professional. They all couldn't have been nicer. The time it took to convert each set of filmstrips was reasonable. The quality of the converted videos turned out excellent! I am very pleased with how they turned out and have been sharing the links with many friends and family. The videos are truly treasured keepsakes. DVD Your Memories was recommended by one of my cousins and it certainly worked out that this location was very convenient. I can't recommend this place enough!
