I said okay, he was ringing me up without saying my total price took my card and while he was putting in my card I read the machine and he was gonna charge me $175 for 4!!! There was no clarification and I didn't think those cut outs were $40 each because UPS sells it for $11 each better quality too! I told him to cancel and thankfully we worked out a deal. But then the next day I saw that it charged my credit card! I had to go pick up the photos the next day and when I got there it wasn't even made yet. I couldn't wait around for 20 minutes because I had work so I had to come back the next day. Luckily he was able refund my $175. The photo stick that they use as a handle is cardboard and it broke immediately.

Art supply section was very limited and you had to go from one side of the store to the other to get everything (why not just put all similar supplies together?). Customer service -- the worst. No one was at the regular checkout line (which had a tiny sign to begin with, easy to overlook) so I went to another register which had actual employees 4 of them to be exact - all busy helping one customer! (I'm guessing he was a VIP). Finally, after waiting around for five minutes, a clerk gives me a (disinterested) glance and tells me to go wait at the other checkout I had originally passed. "Oh, the one where there is no clerk?" I ask, then walk over. A couple minutes go by and one of the jolly clerks leaves the VIP to help checkout another customer and myself. Next time I'll hit Michael's. It may be a little further away but you can bet it's better stocked - with supplies and real employees who actually want to help.
