Terrible communication skills! I think it was the owner, the older guy with glasses. I asked him how much the celebration head cut outs were, he asked how many, I said 4, he said $40. I said okay, he was ringing me up without saying my total price took my card and while he was putting in my card I read the machine and he was gonna charge me $175 for 4!!! There was no clarification and I didn't think those cut outs were $40 each because UPS sells it for $11 each better quality too! I told him to cancel and thankfully we worked out a deal. But then the next day I saw that it charged my credit card! I had to go pick up the photos the next day and when I got there it wasn't even made yet. I couldn't wait around for 20 minutes because I had work so I had to come back the next day. Luckily he was able refund my $175. The photo stick that they use as a handle is cardboard and it broke immediately. read more

I recently ordered one of those giant head cutouts with my wife's face to cheer her on for the LA Marathon. I called the shop to tell them what I wanted and to get a quote. I emailed them a description of what I wanted along with the picture, then I called back to pay. My order was done in a few hours and came out way better than expected. The price was well worth what I received. My wife loved it and several of the other spectators asked me where I got it done. The staff is very friendly and professional. They do excellent work but you must be patient with them and come in ready because they are busy. Twice I had my kids' school uniform shirts and sweaters printed and they came out perfectly. It also helps that the Dickies store is a couple doors down. read more

I came in here yesterday to request two shirts. He told me they would be done by 1:00pm the next day. They said they would get it done and he charge me before I even saw them which was the first red flag. I drove over here and CALLED AHEAD to make sure they were ready. He told me confidently on the phone they were ready and I let him know I was less than 5 mins away. He then asked me to wait a few minutes. Few minutes turned into 30 mins so I peeked around to see what was happening and I literally see the guy printing and cutting out the design. I was pissed, clearly they weren't very reliable in my opinion. Thought it was a great deal, now I feel like I wasted my time. On top of that, the design started peeling and cracking off the DAY OF. Yoooo Northridge Copy & Graphics Center is awesome. I got scammed on a printing website and needed thick posters on cardstock in a flash for a huge metal show. Iraz came to the rescue. He even made me a sample which is important when determining what you want. These posters were suppossed to be a collectors item which they were. They equipment is always broken and the staff have no knowledge when it comes to computers or technologies. I went in today was asked what do I need. I asked to have something scanned, he asked how many pages just to say the scanner isn't working today. A complete waste of time and to be honest I didn't believe him. read more

Wow... I can't express how grateful I am to these people. I'm in school and found out that my research poster presentation was not printed by my school on the DAY OF the presentation. In a PANIC I searched for quotes on 36x48in poster same-day pick up. Nothing in my budget, and FedEx takes 2 days to print. I sent a proposal to LA Print Center/Northridge Graphics & Printing (I believe they're changing their name to the latter) and I heard back from them in MINUTES. They called me and worked with my budget. And not only that, but they offered to uber over my poster from Northridge to East LA (for service fee of course). I was a little worried to have my poster ubered over but the owner assured me he does it everyday and called me when the uber arrived so that it was a seem-less process honestly. When I tell you I was SHOCKED at how this process worked out for me when i sent that proposal at 10am and received my poster when I needed it at 2pm... like no other print center would provide that kind of service. Not FedEx, not Staples. They went above and beyond for my situation, and the quality of the poster was also fantastic. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough for helping me when I was in a desperate situation. THANK YOU!!!! read more

Gerald was my first point of contact and he was so prompt and precise with the flyers and stickers I wanted to get down for over 50,000 people walking through Sunset Blvd. during PRIDE weekend. As a small business I had a small budget to work with and Gerald and Iraj worked well with my budget and my needs! I also had a rush order the day before the event and Iraj was truly supportive with what we need to have done in such a small amount of time! I love this place. They are very kind and not greedy. The first time I needed just a copy of a sheet of paper, and I didn't have small change (only large bills on me that day). The owner actually said it was okay. I was so touched. It's just small act of kindness and I know that every transactions count when you have to run a business. I eventually went back and got stacks of papers cut. They also gave me a very fair price for that as well. Later, I needed to make a copy of a USB drive of a security camera. Came here to print a passport photo. The photos came out with a faint yellow horizontal line across both photos. When I brought it to the owner's attention, he insisted there was no line and informed me I should get my eyes checked. He refused to print another set. The line is there and the passport office likely won't accept these photos. Very unfortunate waist of time and money, as now I have to find another place to print my photos. read more

Scammed big time here. I had some foam board signs needed to print. Usually go through uPrinting. Was told I'd be charged cheaper than them. They charged me cheaper than uPrinting, but charged me $200 service fee, $150 printing charge, plus material. Total was $400 for 4 foam displays that cost me $67.43 at uPrinting (with tax).
