Since it is a UPS store I tried to call and see if indeed they will ship for me. Wait time was over an hour. I gave up. UPS does not have good customer service. I waited over an hour with 1-800 customer service to get this business and I'm not going to wait another hour for them to give me the run around even more. What a sorry business I can't get a straight answer in a timely way. At least the delivery people are competent and friendly.

The farmers don't call me to let me know they're out of ticket books until they are completely out and desperately need them. And by desperately I mean they need to start working in roughly two hours and they can't start without the books... So I always call Colleen at Print Plus, usually in a semi-frantic state, and ask her to produce the impossible (the paper the books come on is hard to come by). She rallies the troops, calls in favors, works past business hours, updates me every step of the way, and finishes in record time, EVERY time. She's incredible!! I really can't recommend this place enough. Seriously.
