Shawn was great to work with and helped me with a foam mounted poster for a Celebration of Life. He even finished it the same day and I couldn't be happier with the quality. Other places (F-Ex, VistaPrint) charged more and said file was too small so quality might not be good. UPS handled my project with compassion and the poster has same sharpness as the original photo from my phone. Highly recommend working with them on any special print projects!! Great location! Easy access in the parking lot. Super clean when you walk in. Absolutely everyone who works there is always smiling and welcomes their customer when they first walk in. Also they actually play music in their store! Not like the post offices with no music and feels like a prison when you walk in. I went to the UPS store on Rd. 68. All of the customers were wearing masks correctly but some the staff were not wearing masks correctly. Many of them had their noses uncovered! I told one of the staff members that their mask had slipped down. She shrugged her shoulders, said nothing regarding the mask but pulled the mask up to cover her nose. Earlier this year I went into the UPS Store and one of the staff was not wearing her mask over her nose. I called the store when I got home to mention my concerns over the lack of proper mask wearing. I was told that the mask was uncomfortable and it was hard to wear it all day. I am a nurse. I know it is hard to wear the masks but it should be done to protect ourselves AND others! read more

The first time I came into the Pasco Ups Store I was scared that all shipping places would be the same and I would have the same experience. BOY WAS I WRONG! Randy, the store manager couldn't have made this task more simple for me. Outstanding, efficient and personal customer service. This store is wonderful! This Christmas I had an idea to find vintage images online and blow them up poster size to frame on my walls for the holiday. The store was so kind as I emailed images I liked, and they reviewed to see if they could be enlarged without the pixels looking grainy, etc. I made a couple trips into the store and talked to Shelley who was wonderful. After all that effort my large prints came to just $8. I felt bad they spent all that time helping me for only $8. This was definitely top notch service and great pricing. Very convenient, nice location, friendly customer service but very disappointed with overall experience. I went to drop off package and apparently my package was not to par so I was charged for a box, plus customer service, plus packing fee. Come on now I could have done that myself. RIDICULOUS!!! I won't be back what should have cost $8 cost me $18. Since I wasn't able to see that everything got put in box as should be I will cross my fingers and hope they can at least get that one right since it relies on me getting $150 back. read more
