Out of the FedEx locations that I go to, I prefer this one as the service is always consistent, friendly, and helpful. Never in my life would I expect someone in a shipping company to ask about my day, or offer to add additional packaging and repack pack for me, but this is the kind of service they perform! I still have mixed messages about their cutoffs for express shipments so I end up going to the airport for assurance but if I'm doing non-priority shipments I'll come here! read more

I was in a bit of a hurry, so relieved to find that I was walked through the steps rather than being left to figure out their set up on my own. I found this Kinko's more than adequate and they handled my work well. I was there in the morning during the week, and wanted to get some posters made of some photos I made for work. As I was waited on, this place got hammered by a wave of customers. The staff was very friendly and handled it in stride. The manager was taking care of me, and he was very cool (he had a neat Jamaican accent). He was more than a master with his machines and he produced some awesome posters for me. read more

I visited this FedEx location in December 2014 to ship Christmas gifts to my family, as I recently moved to the area from Las Vegas. I was extremely happy with my visit at that time, so of course when I had shipping needs come up, FedEx was the first company I thought of. I returned to this location yesterday, excited to ship my brother's gifts out for his birthday. Neither Andy nor Gina offered me a greeting or any assistance while I packed my items. Once I was finished and Gina began to help me, she was cold toward me and very rude, despite me smiling and trying to make conversation. I gave her the necessary shipping information, and after I verified the addresses she told me the total. For 1.9 lbs to be shipped from WA to NV, it was going to cost $33.01 (not counting the envelopes, which were $12.92 altogether!). This price per lb was FAR above what I paid at Christmas time, and so I politely asked if there may be an error. She looked at me as though I were an idiot, and just kept repeating the price like a parrot. As someone who attended college and graduate school, I've bought textbooks that cost remarkably less to ship. $33 for less than 2 lbs of material to be shipped? Doesn't that sound like there's an inherent error with that? Because she couldn't even comprehend what I was trying to say, she then called Andy over. Andy, after listening to me, looked at me like I was even dumber and did the same thing: just repeated the price! Thank you, I understand how much it is. I'm asking WHY it is so incredibly expensive to ship less than 2 lbs of material at a standard shipping rate. It's not like I requested over night shipping, or that this was going to Europe. It's going to southern Nevada! After being made to feel like I was the dumb one, I chose to pay and walk out. It's disheartening that this high price could not be explained to me, and that these employees were so incredibly rude. I do not plan on returning to FedEx ever again, although I do hope that these employees are taught how to deliver good customer service along with a thing or two about shipping rates so when customers ASK questions, they are able to answer. I do still think there was an error, and that I shouldn't have paid as much as I did to ship so little. FedEx has now permanently lost a customer. read more

This location was very helpful when I was looking for a place to print my wedding menus and programs. I had previously gone to a local print shop called Abadan (that used to be very "family friendly" but turned out that with it's growth, they have become rude and unhelpful) so I called FedEx Office Print & Ship and asked them if they would be able to process my order. They told me to come on down. Once I got there, I was immediately greeted and assisted by the same person I spoke to on the phone. She had great suggestions and was very helpful. My menus and programs were printed in under 15 minutes! What a deal. I will definitely be returning to this location for future print jobs, etc. Thanks! read more

I need to update a review that I left for the Fedex office in Kennewick. They had directed me to use Fedex Freight as it would be a less expensive method to ship 175 lb of wood furniture. I was quoted $342.80 to ship the furniture by the Pasco freight office. The Kennewick office charged me a little over $500 to pack up the furniture in 4 boxes. Now I am being told by Fedex freight that my furniture will be available in 9 days and that I owe $3364. When I called and asked a quote, I was told that the least expensive method to ship by Fedex Freight was $614.16 and it would take 9 days to ship. Stay away from this unethical company. Every person quotes you a different number and they make up exorbitant charges once they have your shipment. If you go to their "contact us" info on their website, they list only phone numbers, no email. If you call to complain, the reps simply stop responding and leave the call hanging. I would give zero stars for this company if possible. read more

Super expensive and not high quality prints! It cost me over 30.00 to have 32 copies of an invitation on card stock! For that price I could have gotten custom invitations ordered. Also beware if they ask you if you want them to cut them that cost 10.00! I wish I had known. I just thought it was something offered. I would suggest going somewhere cheaper like Office Depot or anywhere else for that matter. I will not make the same mistake twice read more

My husband and I went to this office for help with a very high-pressured, time sensitive job for a client (my husband is a graphic artist and I am an editor). We had gone to a competitor, who had totally messed up the print job on our 16-page, 4-color brochure (to their credit they refunded our money, but that left us even less time to get the job done). This particular print job was very high resolution and complicated (I won't go into the details here, but suffice it to say, to get the quality we wanted most people would have gone to a printer from the get-go). We explained our problem to Paul, one of the managers at this FedEx office, and he got to work immediately. He was very matter-of-fact, professional, calm and efficient, and we felt our panic subsiding. The alignment and the color of our brochure printed out perfectly! It was as good as any printer could have done. And to save us money, Paul allowed us to do our own hand-folding of the brochure (he set us up at our own workstation and provided an excellent paper cutter and a booklet-length stapler, and checked in on us from time to time). All this happened about a half hour before closing, when some customer service people act like they can't wait to go home. This was impressive, because Paul had other customers to take care of. Then Kevin, the other manager (the one with the charming Jamaican accent) came over and offered to help us finish hand-trimming the remaining brochures. This was a big deal to us, because without his help, we would never have finished in time. The way these guys stayed so calm when we were so panicked was just amazing, and it got us through this rather stressful experience with the end-result of a beautiful brochure, true colors, perfect alignment and a very, very happy client. I can't praise this staff enough. They went way above and beyond our expectations. Next time, we'll skip the competitor and come straight here. read more
