The guy doing my nails asked me if I wanted them shorter I told him slightly but not much shorter because I liked the length I had as you can see my nails are over half of the length they were before which was the first issue. When doing my French I showed him a picture of a deep French tip nail when he did my French it was very crooked and uneven and just looked horrible when I asked him if he could redo it and showed him the picture of how I wanted it, when I was explaining how I wanted it he cut me off and was like "OK OK" in a very rude manner he redid it and put it under the light and I pointed out how crooked it was and he filed it off and ended up having another lady do my French tip. The lady who did my French did a good job and she was actually very kind. However even with the French tip part being pretty the rest of the nails just look awful. My nails are WAY too thick and bulky bc of that they look very unflattering. When he was applying my acrylic he was rushing it and rushing the filing he was also very rough when doing all of this, I didn't notice until after I left the salon but I have gaps underneath all of my nails it looks like a weeks worth of nail grow out not like I just got a fill. Some of my nails are crooked and the shape is not good at all it's not even and some of the nails aren't filed correctly which I once again didn't notice until after I left the salon. After a few hours I decided to call back the salon which I usually don't do but my nails looked AWFUL, I told her the issue with the nails having gaps and she offered for me to come back in and fix them I told her I was unable to because of work and that I wouldn't be able to come back for another week due to work she told me to send her pictures of my nails which I did she then offered me a 10$ discount off my next set (mind you this set costed me a little over 70$ and they look horrible) and then told me that next time I need to say something before I leave even after me telling her I didn't notice the gaps and uneven nails until AFTER leaving the salon. She also told me to tell them to paint the color closer to the cuticle next time which I have NEVER heard of and I have been getting my nails done for years because who wants to pay for nails that look grown out?? I asked for a 10-20$ refund not even a full refund because I don't feel comfortable paying for another set from here after the way my nails came out this time and I haven't heard anything back. I found out my friend also went here to get her nails done and had a very similar experience. From my experience i will not be returning and for anyone wanting to go here I would say save your money and go somewhere else.

Her staff was so sweet and willing to learn. They just opened October 19, 2024. The place is beautifully clean kept up and family run they give you a drink upon sitting down and you have a nice snack to nibble on if needed as a new client. Asked for the picture attached. Got something completely different. Asked to have it fixed. They agreed. But then they cancelled my appointment to fix it and told me never to come back because they saw my 1-star review. I physically went and spoke to the owner, who raised his voice and belittled me for being in the military and not making enough money to pay another $300 to get it fixed. I eventually gave in and said I would delete the review so they'd fix it. It was fixed, but my hair felt dead, like dry hay. I had very healthy hair before. I fully expect the owner to comment on this and claim I am lying. I have nothing to lose so I'm telling my story again. Do not go here.
