It's pretty hard enough to make blueberry cheesecake as it is - turning it into ice cream is just plain irresponsible. When people do this, the whole thing usually ends up tasting like vomit that's gone really REALLY bad. But somehow, Mio Gelati pulled it off with their blueberry cheesecake gelato.
While killing time in Trinoma before we had to go back to our non-airconditioned apartment, my lobster and I spied this tiny gelato place, and being lovers of all things sweet and cold, we went in for the kill.
