They agreed to let us participate in a demonstration and told us they would mail the pumpkin we made since it needed time to cool. They took our mailing address--but the pumpkin never arrived. The entire experience felt disorganized and disingenuous. Communication was virtually nonexistent from start to finish, and promises made in person were never followed through on. I would not recommend booking here, especially if you're traveling from out of town and need any flexibility with your plans. Customer service and follow-through matter just as much as the experience itself, and unfortunately, this business fell well short on both.
