The staff are Not helpful and often accusatory. For example there are multi aisles in the store if my 13 yr old daughter is on an aisle alone she will be approached and told no one under the age of 16 is allowed in the store unaccompanied, all awhile I am an aisle away. These comments are made when no behavior even warrants her being approached to begin with. Mistakes are made on credit card processing and no apologies made the attitude is almost like it was the customers fault. The over all tone of the store is that the customer is wrong or out to reek havoc on the store. So bizarre. I encourage anyone thinking about or currently has a booth there to address this with management.

I recommend utilizing the delivery service they offer. The stock trends towards euro type baroque gilt items. There is an explicit focus on heavier old style items, although they will also have smaller home decor stuff and the occasional statute as well. Despite the name there are not a lot of true antiques, but a lot of collectible/replica items. This is a smaller store and the casual browse will take 15-30 minutes which translates to about an hour for the truly obsessed. Pricing is on the higher side of things. While the smaller decor type ticky tacky can run in the 20 to 50 dollar range buying the furniture can get you into multiple thousands of dollars. They do offer a delivery service which makes it all the easier for you to get your new 3500 dollar set home. All in all it's a decent spot for more unusual furniture and home decor items around.
