Sorry, other hearing aid doctors, but Dr. Hill is, hands down, the best one in town. Hard to believe it, but Dr. Hill and Dr. Raycheck really changed my life! Not only I saved thousands(at least 3-4 K) of dollars with Dr. Hill; my hearing is now the best it has ever been, and I even got so much confidence that I ended up getting a childhood dream job(which relies a lot on my hearing)! Everybody at their office is super sweet, and both Dr. Hill and Dr. Raycheck are astonishingly competent, erudite, up to date with all the newest technologies, also very sweet, caring and understanding. I always had a hard time explaining what I was experiencing with my hearing aid and its different settings, but Dr. Hill knew just the right words for my symptoms. The staff at Liberty are very professional Ms. Brenda White the Administrator has a open door policy and will help you if you have concerns about your loved one. In fact all of the staff members from Ms. Hart in Admissions to Ms. Russell in Social Services to Ms. Coats, Activity Director, to Ms. Beth Parker are there to assist you and greet you with a smile. Her son had to go All the way to the facility and find her unresponsive. We had to ask them to call 911. 14 days later AND She's still in the hospital fighting to get better. The DON lied to my face and said the Nurse found her. She better hope she doesn't need anyone when she gets ill. Shame on this horrible place!! Do not send your loved one to that horrible place!!

Let me tell you, this place is not only professional and easy to work with, they are absolutely one of the best at communicating with patients. They called to confirm my appointment, when I arrived they took me through all of the steps as a new patient, and they didn't make me feel like just another body to get through. If you get the choice, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Hoffman. Not only does he have an excellent bedside manner, but he takes the time to check through your previous records, ask you questions about your health, and offers reasons why your health is good, and suggests what you can do to stay healthy. The nurse was also awesome. LeAnn was profession and friendly. She took blood and was seriously so gentle. I was very comfortable and the wait times were not long. Total, I spent about 45 minutes in the office, from arrival to departure. If you are looking for a new primary care physician, definitely check them out!

As most doctors, there's a bit of wait once you're checked in, but Dr. Chait's knowledge is evident. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with sinus, ear or throat issues.
