She said she would get a few of the OTC hearing aids that we could try on my next visit. I showed her my Medicare Advantage VISA card with an $850 hearing aid benefit and she told me that would be acceptable and should cover the cost. When I returned two weeks later, the same audiologist acted as if she had never met me. She then said that I had a high frequency loss, and she went right to her expensive prescription and told me I had to pay immediately up front before I could even try out the hearing aid. She then told me that she couldn't accept my Medicare Advantage VISA because its $850 benefit probably wouldn't adequate and that her office could not process a two card payment. I had to then use my regular VISA to pay and then apply for reimbursement. I contacted TrueHearing, the hearing provider network that my Medicare Advantage uses, of which ClearChoice is a member, and TrueHearing apologized and stated that ClearChoice, as a network provider, most certainly should have accepted my Medicare Advantage VISA as well as accepting my regular VISA to pay the balance. TrueHearing stated that it would void the initial transaction and reprocess the purchase using my MA-VISA. Three weeks later, that money has not been credited back to my regular VISA. In addition, ClearChoice billed me for my hearing exam even though Medicare Advantage plans cover annual hearing exams at 100% without copay. It turns out that ClearChoice failed to bill my Medicare Advantage company as a member of the TrueHearing network and therefore had that claim rejected. If ClearChoice Audiology causes this much difficulty BEFORE the hearing aid even arrives to be tried on, how can they be expected to follow through with service and warranty issues that might arise? I cancelled my order and will look for another hearing aid solution with a different provider even if it means paying for it entirely myself.

do not go here. dr timson and nurse crumrine are…read moreincompetent, dangerous, they should retire now and save hundreds of people from illness, harm, and pain. they do harm! i have 11 yrs i was there, there was not a goddammed thing they could do. they let me vleed for 3 years when my history of fibroid was in my file. they did nothing. idiot timson sent me 5 letters saying i was going to die if i did not go to their office but they did not look up the reason, my history to find that the strain i had was benign. they get their jollies telling you you will die. they are sick and twisted. and then the idiot timson prescribed me a drug she knew not a goddammed thing about. it was a very dangerous drug that shrank my brain, caused me lose the abilities to think, to sleep, to speak, to read. she is dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous dangerous. she lied on an ultrasound order. the non english speaking u/s tech ran the probe where she ought not to have and poked a hole in my colon so 3 weeks later i had 6" of my colon removed and surgery took an hour longer coz there was more mess in my abdomen than surgein had seen in a while. so, if dr t cannot near kill you, what she orders could. and it was a miracle i made it to surgery. a nurse told me i was fit for dead and waa miracle i could walk, shower, and remain lucid. if they are not refusing to do their job because the 2 are too busy carpet munching each other, then they are just idiots, incompetent idiots who refuse to do their jobs. dr timson has had a reputation across town for being dirty, dissheveled, and incompetent. she works(ed) at a care agency and the nurses hated in to patients after her because they had to fix everything. so, she prolly liked it over working with the dying coz she got away with a whole lot more. she is a dirty, ignorant, crpet munches her nurse po. if she gave me her med degree, i would not even hang it inside my toilet bowl.

This doctor's office does not even deserve one star but I couldn't write a review without at least…read moreone. Today I cut ties with this office, I called in and they told me I would have to come in and sign a release. They didn't even ask why I am choosing to leave their primary care, well since they didn't... I am here.. A patient since I was 9 now 22. Here to tell you why you shouldn't choose ANY of these doctors EACH of these doctors that work here. Dr.Timpson, and Dr.Joan are horrible. Dr Timpson was my doctor but let me tell you 9 times out of 10 something was wrong and she couldn't make it so Joan had to do the appointment. Joan the worst example of a good female doctor, she makes you feel horrible about your body image expecially if your not skinny, or your teeth are not white. She would constantly make my parents feel bad about my brothers weight, well guess what Joan. He is skinnier than me now and I should of got a new primary care doctor when he did. You go in for something and they dismiss it completely. Joan is more concerned about what she thinks sounds true to her. Prepare to feel judged when you be seen by her, and as for Dr.Timpson she doesn't even care about what's going on, so feel free to have a very short session and feel completely dismissed, coming out of there feeling more misunderstood by the doctor than the nurse who who wrote everything down. If she knows you have other doctors, or a medical psychiatrist she will tell you to talk to them about It. Not everything is a mental issue Dr.Timpson, you should be able to help me when my body is failing me. I know a mental issue from a physical issue. I just want everyone to know this is what I've gone through. I have health problems, epilepsy, anxiety, depression. And they dismiss anything that hasn't already been previously diagnosed and think that nothing could possibly be getting worse! I also have been brought back for a second appointment because I had 2 medical concerns and the office was busy. So Joan told me to make another appointment and that we didn't have time!
