I was completely shocked at the lack of professionalism. They cancelled my appointment without my knowledge. I had called anonymously to inquire about rescheduling. I was informed that it would be a $75 rescheduling fee. So I made sure to go. When I arrived I was told by Katie that my appointment had been cancelled and she already scheduled someone else for my time. I was confused and embarrassed so I asked why? I was told that bc I had called and asked about rescheduling they thought that meant I was not coming... to which I responded "I didn't give any of my information, I am confused as to why my appointment was cancelled?" She said and I quote "WELL WE HAVE CALLER ID!" She even tried to lie by saying I was too late anyway and missed my appointment but I was actually 10 minutes early. I could not believe what I had just heard. No apology or anything! As if "we have caller ID" was like a good reason to why my appointment was cancelled without me even knowing. I just couldn't believe how they were behaving toward me, so defensive, did not take accountability at all and BEYOND RUDE. I didn't understand why they acted that way toward me by not even owning up to their mistake, they just blamed me. It was beyond uncomfortable. I would not recommend! They are not welcoming and they are not professional either. read more

There are not enough words in the dictionary that explain how incredible Beyond Skin Aesthetics is. I have gone for micro-needling and laser hair removal over the past year. I will personally tell you that the entire staff will greet and treat you like family. They are easily my favorite people to come see, and when I tell you that you will LOVE this place - I mean it! I've gone to multiple locations to get facials or something similar and I have felt judged or not cared for and BSA will NEVER have you feeling this way. The Doctors are so educated and the staff is too! It is very obvious that they truly love what they do and it is something that you can tell immediately walking in.
