I had been waiting for you to contact me and when you did not contact me just like all other times I was told someone would look into this refund and I never heard back from anyone I posted that review on yelp. Yes, I think people should know when a client is ignored and your company does not respond or even contact me when the person I was working with is no longer available to see me. After the rude encounter with another employee taking the scheduled appointment I was told only a cleaning would be done and the was no time to do a service adjustment. She did not make any arraignment for me to see someone else. No call, text or email advised me about getting my hearing aids serviced. When I stopped in the front office said they would check-in about a refund even if it would be partial based on my last appointment. I never heard back from the St. Cloud office. I don't like leaving negative reviews but based on the way I've been treated as a client and then ignored I felt it necessary to get a response. Also to bring to your attention that something in the way of customer service was missing at the St. Cloud office. As a health care professional I was aware of the fact that Hearing aids improve mental focus and slow dementia and I'll admit things weren't coming as quickly and easily as when I was younger. Hearing aids have opened up a whole new world adding richness to my life. People no longer avoid talking with me and started treating me with more respect like I was suddenly more intelligent! Best of all I am now enjoying hearing my beautiful wife, children and grand daughter as never before. I m still surprised when I talk to people about them and they are shocked when I take them out to show them saying "I can't believe it.. The screening doesn't take long... maybe 15 minutes. The doctors are courteous and professional, as are the support staff. They have a nice waiting area with free coffee and delicious cookies. I would highly recommend that folks who are experiencing any hearing issues go into Amdahl at their earliest convenience. The sooner you get hearing loss addressed, the less hearing you'll lose, and you'll lose it less quickly. They'll end with their recommendations as well as a quote on the hearing assistance devices that may work best for you. If you want to try some out, they have a flex-fit demo you can try out for a couple of weeks, and they have a 2.5 month trial period. I…read morehave had so much trouble with these hearing aids that I got back in 2017 that ended up going back to the factory to get fixed and then only last for maybe a couple months and then they don't work . If I sweat a little bit they shut down and then I have to take a hair dryer and dry them out to turn back on . Right as of now the right one only goes on when it feels like it and then does not stay on for very long and then i put new Battery in it and change the filter and it still seems like it's not working like the left one and then i end up with the white noise in the right ear that drives me nuts so I turn the left one up louder to compensate for the right one . the Clarity of the hearing aids are not what I expected, because it is still hard to hear what someone says that is standing right in front of me when there is noise in the back ground. you would think that for $5200 they could come up with a better hearing aid. they are not phone compatible, they are not bluetooth compatible and consumers report have them at the bottom of the list for hearing aids. I can go to Costco and get a better hearing aids for a 3rd of the price you charged me. very unsatisfied with your Starkey hearing aids Vern A
