Bethany has great empathy and caring for me and did not push any specific models to me. Albrecht Audiology has fitted me with the Oticon Real behind the ear hearing aids. These are an upgraded from basic models. I did this because I have been wearing Oticon OPN found there is a HUGE difference in my hearing. I have moderate to severe loss of hearing in the higher frequencies and tinnitus The Oticon Real provide crisp clear edge to all sounds! I can hear so much more than I could previously. Conversations with friends, family and coworkers are easy to understand and I feel like these aids have opened up a part of me that has been suffering with loss. Most people don't know it, but hearing loss can lead to early onset dementia as well as many other brain deficiencies because your brain starts to shut down if it does not hear what it is supposed to. I called on the phone and spoke with Ashley. She was quick to get me an appointment which surprised me but made me happy. I then went to my first appointment with Bethany. From that point on, and currently, I am absolutely blown away by everything about this business. From the time you walk in the front door until the time you leave, you feel cared for in a genuine manner. These ladies are simply amazing!
