Laura was there throughout the entire wedding planning process, offering answers to an of my random questions including timing for the day of, vendors, etc. Laura ran our rehearsal confidently and made sure we had everything just the way we wanted it. After the rehearsal, she even loaded up all of our venue décor for the wedding day so we didn't have to worry about it the day of. There were things I even had given her that I had no clue how they'd be used and she utilized them better than I ever could have imagined. On the day of the wedding, Laura was simply incredible. I had a blast at my own wedding as did all my loved ones that, without Laura, would have had so much more to be concerned with. Laura took care of everything from the ceremony to the very last call. She worked with the florists to set up the venues and it looked absolutely perfect. Better than I could have ever even imagined. Anyone who hasn't enjoyed their own wedding, clearly hasn't had a Laura by their side. I didn't worry about a thing because Laura had it all under control (even the 3 one-minute mother-son dances)! At the end of the night, we left with just our card box and marriage license and Laura took care of the rest. Laura, we cannot thank you enough for everything. However, we were disappointed that despite a confirmed 11:00 a.m. setup time, they showed up nearly two hours late. When the venue contacted them, the delivery team claimed they had a drop off window and not a hard time. The delay seriously disrupted the wedding timeline--forcing rushed setup, delaying the caterer, and causing our florist to miss another event. The owner admitted the miscommunication was an internal issue and offered to send additional bodies to assist in set up. This was discussed with the venue and not the point of contact personnel provided for the day so it was not replayed as an option to other vendors. Afterwards, the owner offered us a future credit and a small reimbursement for the inconvenience. I am revising my initial review to include the accountability taken.

I walked through the doorway of Rose's Flower Shop and was immediately approached by a little,…read morewhite dog wagging his tail. Shortly after the dog said his hello, the owner (I'm assuming) greeted me with a smile. I was looking for Valentine's Day flowers (cliche, I know) and was happy to find that there were still plenty of options available. My girlfriend likes tulips and the owner showed the tulips that were available. He did not pressure me in to buying anything and offered useful suggestions. He helped me grab a couple bunches that looked nicely together. After the flowers were chosen, the owner arranged them for me. When he rang up the flowers, I was surprised to find that they were reasonably priced ($24 for about 2 dozen). In the end, my girlfriend loved the bouquet and I'm sure that I will return to Rose's the next time I need some flowers.
