A small interaction like this may not seem like much, but as a person with a disability, similar requests are often denied or at best, met with an, "I'll see what I can do", attitude. So, it meant a lot! When my plane arrived I called dispatch, picked up my bag and met my driver, who quickly loaded me into the van and had me home in 15 minutes!
