I call them challenge this and ask them why they would charge me a month later, a hundred and eighty dollars.And they fictitiously created an extra hour on my bill. And instead of being polite about it, they were, of course, very rude started, yelling and then hung up on me. This is how they value their customers. They keep your credit card on file from months and months.And hope you don't notice.And then add charges later on.That's how they stay in business. I rented a 24-passenger shuttle bus from this company for transportation from the reception to church and back to the reception. When I booked the reservation with Stephen, he told me the bus would be air conditioned. This was an important factor in my decision because the wedding was scheduled during the summer, and I wanted our guests to be comfortable. On the day of the wedding, the temperature was approximately 80 degrees with high humidity. About 20 guests, including several elderly family members, rode the shuttle from the church to the reception. The interior of the bus became extremely hot and uncomfortable. Numerous guests commented on how warm the bus was to me after they got off, and it was clear that the cooling was not providing a comfortable environment. I got on the bus before it left for the reception and I didn't think it was working at all. After the wedding, I contacted Stephen to express my concerns and requested a reasonable partial refund. He stated that the air conditioning was working properly and explained that a full bus on an 80-degree day would naturally become hot. He declined to offer any refund or other accommodation. The air conditioning worked only for the bus driver up front - absolutely nowhere else. My concern is not simply that it was a warm day. My concern is that the shuttle did not provide the level of comfort I reasonably expected based on the company's representation that it was air conditioned. Whether the system was malfunctioning, inadequate for the vehicle, or otherwise unable to keep passengers reasonably comfortable, the result was that the service did not meet my expectations for a premium transportation service on an important family occasion. I've traveled on DOZENS of buses over the years and heat outside doesn't affect properly working air conditioning. Very poor of this company to not even want to listen to the customer. When I called after sending an email, I was told to "be quiet as he was going to do the talking." Wow. Absolutely floored at how bad this customer service was. Stay away! Wow.

I called Stephen on a Tuesday to arrange a last-minute, surprise bachelor party on that Friday, and he was prompt, affordable, and incredibly communicative. When terrible weather beat us up on flights, he understood and worked with us to get everyone picked up. He was flexible and got us everywhere we wanted to go. Most importantly, though, Stephen singlehandedly SAVED our bachelor party. When I got in the van at 8:54 or so, he asked where our cooler was and when I told him we planned to get booze on the way, he told us--a crew of out-of-towners--about milwaukee's absurd no-booze-after-9pm law. Thanks to his quick thinking, he floored it to the nearby Pick-n-Save and we sprinted through the doors to get our supplies in under two minutes. Crisis averted! A few weeks before my wedding I emailed to reconfirm and I never received a response back. The Thursday before my wedding my fiance called and didn't get a call back. We tried to reach the company at least 4 times before we got a hold of anyone. The day before my wedding Stephen called and told me that his party bus broke down and that I would have to pay an extra $150 because he could only get a larger bus. This was completely unprofessional, he claimed that he couldn't afford to pay for the bigger bus and also blamed us for contacting him so late (when I tried contacting him for weeks.) I should not have had to pay extra because of a company issue. I understand that things happen but if should be up to the company who claims to provide excellent service to figure out their own problem. This was extremely unprofessional and added more stress the DAY BEFORE my wedding! I just honestly can't believe that a company would do this to someone the day before their wedding. Thankfully I found an amazing company that was more than happy to work with us last minute.
