They are about equivalent with an online store once you consider shipping and the wait time. Just a note that they have moved over Christmas week from their old spot on Aloma and 436. The new location is in the "20/20 Supercenter" next to the gas station on the southwest corner of Semoran and Howell Branch (from the listed location on Aloma, just head north on Semoran, and it's on your left). They have a great selection and good prices, but the best part is having knowledgeable people giving you advice on newest trends, laws, banned substances, etc. Give them a try and shop local!

I stopped in here yesterday to pick up some stuff for my mom. She just had surgery and was at home resting. But she needed some things refilled, so she gave me the list. As I walked in, Manny at the counter was assisting another customer. I grabbed a basket, and began filling my mom's order. Most of the things she wanted were easy to find. On a couple of them I had to call her and get clarification on the exact item she wanted. As I was looking for the last couple of items, an associate came out from the back and offered to assist me. He helped me find the last two items that I wanted. On one of them, he showed me two different options. I wasn't sure which one of the two my mom gets, but he told me that Manny would be able to look that up in the POS. So, I went to the counter and asked Manny for assistance. I gave him my mom's name, and he was able to find out what it was that she gets. He also helped me find another item that I wasn't sure about. With the order finally complete, he began ringing up my transaction. While he did so, he asked how my mom was doing, noting that she usually comes in by herself. I liked that he remembered my mom by name. Showed me that he cares about and is attentive to his customers. When the transaction was complete, Manny thanked me and wished me a good day. I did the same, and left, very satisfied with the wonderful experience I had at the store. I realize that this is a very limited experience, and I would have to go back a few more times to get a more accurate reading. But they made a very good first impression on me.

Each night has their own theme - comedy, open mic karaoke, Wine down Wednesday, Dirty Bingo, Live Music, and Chronic Trivia. We were offered free samples because we were new customers, which we appreciated. I couldn't tell you about all the variety of 'chronic' items available for sale but they got them and there were slews of customers stopping in to purchase their favorite item. Nancy decided on a flavored shot and I chose a sample gummy for our freebees, and to support the bartenders, I also purchase two Jai Alai beers while we basked in the moment. Jai Alai was like $6, which is much more affordable than anywhere else in Sanford, thanks for that! They have a variety of specialty drinks available along with tea, fresh brewed coffee, espresso, latte's and more. All-in-all, this is a really cool spot to chill for a bit while in downtown Sanford. Some of the items were ringing up with the wrong price (more expensive) at the register so good thing I remembered how they were priced on the shelf. Also, some items had the expired sale price listed, and therefore again rang up more expensive at the register... but they honored the sale price since they forgot to take them down. So that's good customer service. Again I recommend this store, just make sure to pay attention to prices at register.
