Recently, i posted a negative review about a bad experience I had at Trulieve Orlando. I removed that review a few days after I posted it. It appears that the person I had the bad interaction with, no longer is with Trulieve... i removed that review because I saw the raving review I wrote here three years ago... This person is the ONLY person to be less than incredible to me since the dispensary opened years ago. Thank you to Grayson,Jacob, Torrey, Liz, Oz , and all my other friends, past and present, who were always so kind... always making me feel very appreciated as a customer. I just left Trulieve. I'm a walk-in shopper. I usually don't make orders ahead at all. I shop for higher potent strains of medical cannabis because that's what works for me. A while back I went in store to shop again and I found a strain I like that was available. I'm usually browsing the menu while I wait in the lobby. For example, X strain is showing %23 potency and it is available. So that's what I ask for when it's my time to shop. When I get the actual item in hand (X Strain) it's showing %17. So I asked the cashier " Do you have X strain at %23? " He told me no , and that they reserve the batches with the actual THC % for online orders. The lower percentage batches are what's available for in-store shoppers. So I said okay that's what I need to do i'll do it . *** So today I ordered online to pick up a strain @23%*** I made the order 6am and got the confirmation that my order was processed Store opens at 9 9:15 No notification that my order is ready I get there like 9:30 and AS SOON as I check in Boom my orders "ready" :/ Okay She throws the jars in the bag without telling me anything and I'm assuming she got me right so I'm out the door headed home I checked the product for myself noticed it wasn't what I ordered and turned back After checking at the desk the man working at the desk gets up and goes to that back and a lady comes back out and asks me why I want to exchange I told her the %THC is not what I ordered. She asked me "does that matter " That right there got me really upset **** I said yes , I'm following your people's instructions on getting what I want and I'm still not getting what I want" And she brought me back in to do an exchange. There was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever Not even a discount for the inconvenience There was nothing else there I wanted to be honest I should've just took my money back because I don't want to support that establishment if that's how they hand customer service. Only reason I gave them business still is because Wiz Khalifa's Khalifa Kush is only at trulieve. No one is perfect in this world but this dispensary is sent from hell. Please do the program a favor and not give them business as it only encourages further abuse of patients and our rights to our medicine. My partner placed an order and I drove them to pick it up. We arrived just after 8:30, ~25 minutes before closing time (9 PM this particular evening). When we arrived, the door was locked. After knocking, an employee came out with a security guard and told my partner 'we're closed, we close at 9...I mean 8:30.' - The door listed their hours as closing at 9. When my partner pointed this out and asked to be allowed to receive their pre-placed order, the worker yelled at my partner and again said "we close at 8:30." This business does not uphold the standards of a medical provider. If you are looking for a cannabis shop, you should take your money somewhere else. read more

Do not go to this place unless you would like to wait 40 minutes and have you day ruined by an un-excusable wait time. There is no management in any of the workers here and nobody seems to want to take accountability. I have come to this establishment multiple times on a forced hand thinking it will be different, and it is always the same horrible experience. I will make this my final visit to any trulieve due to a lack of trust that I will be able to get my prescription in a manner that I deem is acceptable. Horrible location. You never wait less than 30 minutes. even if your told a minute wait time, or you go on the wait list beforehand. I'm honestly curious what the purpose of pre placing an order if your gonna make people wait 45 minutes. NO OTHER DISPENSARY MAKES ME WAIT MORE THAN 5 MINUTES. I wanted to give them 3 stars but ended up with 4 stars because they really do have the best products, in a small dispensary. People can complain about the long wait but it is not the fault of the employees who work there. The fact is, Trulieve Orlando (the only one I've been to) needs a larger space with a legitimate parking lot. Actually, they need at least two locations in Orlando. Being able to order online (which I do the night before) and pickup the next day helps reduce the wait. I'm out within 20-30min regardless of a packed waiting room. Unfortunately for anyone who walks in, there's a guarantee you'll be waiting for a couple hrs. Having more locations will help alleviate this problem. 2019 things will finally start to change in Florida by allowing more greenhouses and dispensaries. More availability equals more money which makes the world go round. read more

I had a delivery from Trulieve. I had a driver become unhinged and start to yell at me. I tried twice to get ahold of someone from trulive and no one has called me. I wanted you to know they are not taking precautions with their drivers nor are they responding to customer complaints. If this is how MMJ is run in Florida then they should not be in business. I will try and find another vendor. But i really would like to know how this company plans on handling this situation. Do i need to call the police? The thing I like about Trulieve is the friendly staff that are helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a very comprehensive product line with lots of variety. The parking situation at this particular location is like an active beehive. There are vehicles everywhere all circling around looking for a place to park. There is extremely limited parking at the actual property, and only street parking along one side. The neighboring business are not very welcoming to Trulieve's customers and don't allow parking in their lots. Perhaps a better system of expediting orders? Inventory is also an issue. It's rare for them to have more than a fraction of the product line at any given time. Perhaps a messaging service to inform customers when their desired products become available? Lastly, the website is pathetic. While it looks good and appears to have descent functionality, it simply does not work. Aside from being tremendously slow and often non responsive, it takes an average of 20-30 to enter an order. Overall, Trulieve has great potential, but needs to work out their website, workflow and order processing. Actually, if their computer system was improved, the entire process will likely speed up everything...resolving most of the issues in this review. read more

I ALWAYS wait more than 30 minutes whenever I pick up from here. Absolutely no excuse other than the staff in the back being high off their behind. Staff is really rude and always says about a 10 minute wait. I swear it's somewhere in their system to keep customers waiting. When I go to the back to pick up my order it take about 1 minute to get my bag. NO NEED FOR A 30 MINUTE WAIT TIME, THIS IS DONE ON PURPOSE. This last visit to Trulieve was quite an improvement,. The social distancing policies were being adhered to, and the process of picking up my medication was pretty quick. That said, for some reason, the text system was not working with regards to order updates or check in. I don't know if the same issue was happening to both, but I would have preferred to wait in my car. That said, as usual, customer service by staff was great. On another note, delivery was great last week. Came the day of and the delivery drivers were very good about updating me on expected arrival times. Update 9/24: Last time I got delivery due to the text issue. Yesterday I went back to the store to pick up, and the text check in process is still broken. I spoke to John, the manager, and he said they would bring it up with IT, and that someone would reach out to me about arranging for free deliveries until this is fixed. I have yet to hear back from anyone at Trulieve, and no solution has been offered to fix the issue. It may be a minor inconvenience, but during this pandemic, it's best to avoid indoor areas, and I'm basically being forced into that or paying $15 every time I want a delivery. As I let the manager know, the two competing dispensaries I frequent have drive thru options, and that feels a lot safer. Trulieve used to be the only dispensary I shopped at, but these constant safety issues for months have made my visits much less frequent. read more

5 stars and a special thanks to Antoine J. It was my first time at a dispensary and I wasn't sure what to expect or what type of product to get. The staff at this store are knowledgeable and friendly. Antoine met with me and took his time to find out what might work best for my symptoms. He showed me different strains and discussed the characteristics of each. He was patient and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a wise decision. In the end Antoine was able to offer me different products for different times of the day and its been so very helpful. The place is spotless and they have whatever you need. Also I got a 20% discount because I'm a veteran. Patriotism is always a good thing. I would point anyone to Antoine at this location. read more

I walked in and walked out within ten minutes. I didn't have time to sit before I was called. My online order was ready but I wanted to look at a few other things. I was having problems with my concentrate pen so the rep answered my questions. I also asked him about the concentrates available just in case (I already check online) and was happy to find out that a certain strain had become available. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Normally i dont have anything bad to say about trulieve. Their flower is great along with many of their other products. I came in when they had a sale going on. 50% off ALL carts AND PODS. Website said 50%, sign next to host said 50% ALL CARTS AND PODS yet when i go in and buy 7 carts they charged me for 35% off instead and the associate didint say shit to me. After i asked for clarification she assured me it was all taken care of and that would be the right price. She took out a calculator, and came out with a number i trusted and didint second guess it. As i left,i checked the receipt. She had only given me 35% off. When i came back inside, and brought it to attention, the nasty manager lady LIED to my face and said they were on clearance and that they will only honor it for 35%. Despite a sign being right across saying once again "50% off ALL CARTS AND PODS" after i told her that if she" is advertizing a sale, the least you can do is honor it and not lie to your customers." She said she wouldnt do anything else and that all she could do is give me 10% off my next order then asked me to leave. I personally wont be coming back to this location unless i absolutely have to, i thought the rumors that this location was trash were false, but clearly it unraveled it self. They did it to all the customers that were in there when i was in and probably did it all day. Seems like i was the only one that caught in to it. They have no accountability at this location. They literally stole money out my wallet, knowing it was wrong and then after i confronted them, they offered no real solution. I had to go in instagram, to be able to talk to someone. i called their number and was on hold for hours. The instagram team made it right and applied credit to my account for the difference (THANK GOD!) They said it was a glitch. hopefully it'll be there when i go to another location next time. If you have nothing better to do than wait hours in a crowded room then this is the dispensary for you. But seriously, who has time to wait 2 hours? And that's been consistently the wait time every time I have been to Trulieve. Even when I've ordered online there is still a wait of 30 mins plus. If you want the products delivered you have to pay a $25 delivery fee and be available for hours while you wait for them to get to your delivery, as they don't set exact delivery times, just the day that they will be there. I believe you get what you pay for but in this case I would say it's definitely over priced for the quality and service I've experienced. read more

My first visit to a store like this and even after reading everything I could find about the subject my wife and I still needed to make specific choices. Andrew Talbot was professional who focused on our needs. He answered a lot of questions, helped us feel comfortable about a subject that has always been controversial in our lives and most all he felt genuinely interested in helping. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars is I believe the choice of products Andrew recommended to us were based on availability. I discovered medical marijuana IS expensive so my choices for medication is dependent on the dispensary and their ability to obtain adequate choices. Andrew did recommend a product not in stock he thought would be good for me. I will check in with Trulieve for availability. read more

I ordered an delivery order for my medication. I ordered on 3/21 in the morning and was told it would be delivered Saturday 3-23-24. Saturday afternoon came and I called to ask about the delivery. Was put on hold and told they had an issue with the delivery center or some nonsense and it would be delivered the next day. Sunday came around and I again called them to find out where my delivery was. I was then told they do not deliver on Sunday or Monday, even though on Sunday i was told they would deliver Monday. Clearly just jerking me around. I spoke to a very condescending manager by the name of aria, who at first refused to give me her supervisors name. I asked for her direct supervisor multiple times before she finally told me the name of the manager. I was told he would call me back within the hour and of course not a word from him. Now keep in mind i have not received one phone call from them letting me know about the delays. The only correspondence with them was be waiting for 15 min multiple times to speak to someone. At this point on Tues 3-26-24 I spoke to a manager by the name of Lee who assured me it was going to be delivered and that her big bosses were already on it and would make sure to take care of me. I had told them 5x on their recorded calls, that will be pulled when i file further complaints with the state. In the meantime my Dr recommendation is set to expire on the 28th. How can a company that is responsible to provide my meds be so careless and unprofessional is beyond me. In the meantime it has been 7 DAYS since i originally ordered. Now again while writing this complaint I have been on hold 16 min so far and still no one is dealing with this problem. This is no acceptable and they need to be held accountable. I told Lee i was going to start filing formal complaints if they did not deliver and she told me if i was threatening them with actions they would hang up the call. As someone new to medical marijuana, I appreciated the depth of knowledge of the staff on my first visit. I didn't make a purchase at that time, but Chris (I believe) was helpful and well informed and made recommendations based on my needs. When I went back in I had a different person help me. The entire staff is lovely and kind and personable, but the person that waited on me was not nearly as well-versed in the product and usage. If you are familiar with the strains you will be fine. The selection seems to be very good, the place is immaculate, and the staff is welcoming and professional. If you, like me, need a bit of help, be sure to ask for one of the more experienced staff members. All in all, a good experience. read more

I have been dealing with Trulieve for several months now. While the staff at the Orange blossom trail store is very knowledgeable and usually very helpful I will not be dealing with them as a business in any way. On two separate occasions they have managed to completely screw up delivery orders. They are literally worse than door dash! The second time they told me I didn't have enough available to complete the order. I said no problem I will order when my prescription renews. The next morning they called me to tell me they were on the way to deliver the order. Two hrs later they had tried to deliver to the wrong address for the second time. So to get the order I had to close down business and drive across town to get the order. On top of the fact that you have to try several locations online to try to get the things you want. The facility is clean but parking sucks and the staff is professional but totally not worth the headaches for a medical prescription. Current update! Trulieve corporate has reached out to me and I responded spending a great deal of time on the phone with a young lady in west Florida. She was able to convince me to come back and give them another shot and in return I agreed to keep the post going and as usual the ladies and gentlemen that I have worked with at North OBT location are always professional. read more

Medical cannabis has arrived. :). As a person who does not tolerate chemical medicines, the fact that medical cannabis exists, is a dream come true! Once I realized I could get help for my issues I was really happy. I researched the subject and the dispensaries in town and settled on Truelieve. Once I started going , I became an instant forever client. In a field that is so new, and so many questions, the staff at Truelieve knows their product and can help you with whatever product you need. They do not mask the product with funky names. You know exactly what strain you are buying, what percentage if THC or CBD you are getting. If you look up a strain on their website, you are rerouted to Leafly ( heaven for the unknowing consumer) where each strain is documented and you can further research the strain. This company is very well run. They have the interest if the patient at the forefront and do not mess around. They respond to their clients. If you have a return you are taken care of... not given a run around. I have sent a few friends that have decided to try this method once they saw what it did for me. I am going to start with the cons because they overshadow the pros. Parking spaces are scarce and underdeveloped. Every time I visit Trulieve parking is a free for all. YOU WILL NOT MISS the overhaul of vehicles creatively parked on the grass, side of the road, etc. They have a security officer manning the area which raises a flag for me. There's always a long wait. Front desk staff is friendly but to the point. The sales staff in the back are extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and nice. They try to match you with the right product for your ailment. They only accept cash besides an app that links to your bank acct but I couldn't get it to work. They have an atm which is convenient. Whosever idea it was to place an atm in the building is banking! I'd recommend this place but advise not to make plans for a couple of hours. It's not an in and out kind of shoppe. read more
