One of the worst experiences of our lives and still living with the aftermath! We do not recommend, not even for free!

The $1,500 refinished tub/ shower has texture unlike the sleek mirror shine that it originally was. And, you will want get the second layer of sand on the floor. You slide around in the basic amount. As frustrating that it took THREE attempts to get my tub/shower to have a minimally textured, the lying and rude guys were the worst part. The first four hour work resulted in a LOT of TEXTURE. Gregg, who was their "best installer in Maine and New Hampshire," told me the texture was due to the surface of my shower walls. Umm, excuse me, my shower walls were sleek and shiny. Then, the rude shop manager came to sand off the texture. Due to no working light installed in the shower yet, I took a flashlight to look at the walls to now show him the POCK MARKS. He said, "No disrespect, but no one will ever look at your shower with a flashlight." Feeling disrespected, I told him that I would call the home office and get his work fixed. Like a petulant child, he said, "Well go ahead and do that.". To his credit, he didn't stick out his tongue at me. Third time was the best finished work. The original guy came back and told me that the "orange peel" texture was because the trucks are left out in the 30 degrees or less temperature with all their product left inside there. First of all - there WAS texture for it to be called "orange peel. Second, it was cold product and not my shower. I expressed surprise at why they even work on refinishing during those cold days. Gregg then told me it was new product. I was seriously not believing him at that point. Anyway, the third time, there was less texture. I was now told that with sanding and all that product that they use that there was no way it was going to be a sleek, smooth mirror finish that a new tub/shower has. WHY wasn't I told that by the very nice sales guy??? I would not have had an unrealistic expectation. read more

They did a great job on our 2 older shower/tubs. One was red and the other a dark green and the white came out beautifully. The technician was very friendly, courteous and professional. We were very happy with them and would recommend them. read more

Let me start by saying up until a week ago I was very happy with my countertop refinishing. LESS THAN 10 MONTHS LATER I have a crack that they tell me is not covered under warranty. This crack is near the sink and over time, I am sure water getting through will cause additional problems. Brian came out to look at it and stated this is due to movement and stress...And even said this could be caused by me "leaning" on the countertop. Are you serious? I am 5'2" 140lbs and live alone. I took all the necessary precautions in taking care of this countertop. I did not expect that after less than 1 year it would fail. I found Brian to be unprofessional, defensive and honestly, a complete BS artist. He had an answer for everything although most of his answers were completely unacceptable. He really could have cared less. I would have been satisfied if they would have split the cost to repair with me....at least meet me halfway. That is not the case here... STAY AWAY from Miracle Method and spend the additional dollars and have your countertop replaced. read more

They should probably stick to bathroom refinishing and stay away from kitchen counters. The product does NOT take ANY heat, I'm sorry to say. They tried to fix the condition and just couldn't. Now, new owners of the house are stuck with counters that really could have looked nice but look terrible. The Dover location should really do the right thing and offer the new owners a substantial credit toward a repair. Very sad way to do business. read more

Wow! A beautiful repair job done on a hairline crack in our tub. We thought we would have to replace the whole shower unit, but this proved to be more cost effective and the end result is beautiful. Detail oriented, cleaned up after himself and laid down a protective cloth on my floors for going in and out of the house. Thank you John, for a job well done! read more

I had Miracle Method refinish my downstairs bathtub, upstairs shower, all of the surrounding shower and wall tile in both bathrooms, as well as both bathroom floors. The work was completed in October 2017. Everything looked very much improved initially after. There were a few minor mistakes made, such as paint on my bathroom mirror and some areas on the drywall that I didn't make mention of. Other than that, I was happy with the results. Fast forward less than two years later, and there is grout cracking in many places in both bathrooms. The floors are very difficult to clean. I have to get on my hands and knees with a scrub brush to actually get the dirt off. Mopping doesn't do the trick. The creases in the shower seem to stain orange easily despite regular cleaning using mild cleaning products as instructed. I contacted Miracle Method to put my 5 year warranty to use and have the problem areas fixed. Brian, the Dover office manager, arrived as scheduled today to assess my complaints. He advised that the damage wasn't covered under warranty, as the grout cracking was due to the house settling. The old grout that had been in place for many years prior to refinishing the bathrooms wasn't cracked like this. The house had obviously been settling during that time as well. I think the grout product they used was cheap and applied too thinly. Now my bathroom looks run down again to a degree, and the only way to really remedy it will be to replace the tile, bath, and shower like I should have done initially. I may have saved money in the short term using Miracle Method, but the cost will be thousands more in the long run by trying to cut corners. I would not recommend this company or solution, as they do not stand behind their product or work. They use the 5 year warranty as a selling point, then advise you that things aren't covered under it when the time comes to activate it. read more
