We were put into contact with miracle method as a referral from a friend who had their shower and surround done by them 15+ years ago. Her shower and surround still look amazing to this day and she is still so pleased that she made the choice to do it. Someone came out to our house initially for the first consultation and we looked at images, sample colors, and got pricing. We ended up waiting a while before scheduling as we had some work trips come up, family stuff, and some other things that we couldn't do it in the timeframe we had initially thought, but we finally got it done this last week. Communicating with the company was incredibly easy, the woman answering the phones was super friendly and courteous and we were happy that we were able to book an appointment within a couple of weeks from calling. A technician came to do the tub portion on the first day and came back the second day to do the surround and shower. He was very professional, clean and communicative during the whole process. The smell was a little bit strong for us, so we did have to open some windows and doors and get some fans going since we are on the sensitive side to odors. Overall not a big deal. The room was covered and taped off... we could not wait for the reveal!! Now that the tub and surround are complete and we are able to get back to using the bathroom again, we are very happy with how it turned out. It looks so next level and it's going to be easy maintenance... plus it looks 1000 times better than that nasty yellow stained surround that we had since we bought this house a year ago! This was third go around to refinish my 23 yr old Kohler porcelain cast iron kitchen tri basin sink. The saying 3rd time is a charm holds! (After 2 disasters with 2 other companies, I was referred by our countertop contractor to try Miracle Method). Replacement of sink would be major remodel expense due the fact the sink was indermount and built into the solid oak cabinets. I would be facing replacing entire granite slab top in the process. From scheduling the in home estimate to the refinishing itself was painless and stress free for me. They were professional, fast, efficient and the results were spectacular!!! The technician, Fox, is stellar and can't say enough about him without sounding like a paid review( totally not true). The price was less than both times prior with other companies. I contacted Miracle Method to refinish my bathroom after being referred by another company. They came out and measured and quoted us for the refinish and glass replacement. 3 days before the refinishing appointment we were called and told the glass company would have the glass in 2-3 day after the appointment and would need a few days to prep, but we should have the shower completed in a week. A week came and went, two weeks came and went, no call. I then called them, and was told they'd research and call me back. Since then, we've been told the glass company lost the glass, the glass company had the order marked for the next month, the glass company has made it a priority and will get it done. It is now a few days shy of month later and we still have no glass. Furthermore, promises of progress and phone calls are not fulfilled. Oh they did offer a discount of $100 on a service that cost $1258 (the shower portion) for a job that is now a month overdue. As far as the shower refinish, that work was done well by the technician. But the rest is simply asinine! read more

Very happy with this service. From initial meeting to completion of our bath/tub resurface, all aspects were great. Both Mike and Dan were great to work with and were punctual with their appointment times, which is sadly unusual these days. End result looks great and I would definitely refer the service to family and friends. We're absolutely in love with our "new" countertops! Our 20-year old condo had the original formica kitchen countertops and cultured marble in the bathrooms, and although they weren't in bad shape, we wanted a more updated look. We contacted Miracle Method to request a quote in late August and the owner Mike gave us an in-home estimate. The cost was half of what it would be compared to replacing with quartz/granite- so it was very reasonable. They scheduled our job for 2 days in mid-October. Their technician Scott did a phenomenal job! He was on time, professional, very thorough in the prep work and taping/sealing off areas, and even swept up afterwards. We didn't have use of the kitchen for only a day, so the inconvenience was minimal. The smell was strong the day of spraying, but most of the smell was gone the next day. The countertops look amazing and we are so extremely pleased with how it turned out! They are a fantastic company to work with- organized and responsive, and the product and service is top-notch. WOW! Countertops in kitchen and bathrooms went from a 1980's peach to current fashion! Wonderful workmanship, product and appearance! Our installer was amazing, cautious with our home, taking all the right steps to protect the surrounding area (be sure to take out toiletries that you will need for a couple of days ex toothbrushes before they tape off area). They want you that the product smells - it does- but not worse than a crowded nail salon if you keep windows open and fans running! Fantastic work guys! I had my cabinet top done in my hall and I love it. Miracle Method saved us so much money because we were thinking of doing it in Granite. Granite was expensive so I called them to see what the cost was but this beat them all and looks great (looks like granite!). So I called Miracle Method to see if they could come and fix my tile floors that looked like I either left a film on them or stripped the surface - I didn't know which. They came and ultimately decided they weren't the company for my job but the reason I give a 5 star is because they referred someone who could get the job done on the same day and my issue was resolved the next day.
