I contacted Miracle Method to restore an old farm house sink which was worn. They immediately responded and set up an appointment. Work was completed within a week. 2 months later I noticed a few chips in the sink. 3 months later there are small cracks and chips everywhere. Got over spray on the wall (since he did not cover the wall. He did wipe it off (well most of it) after we pointed it out the counter tops go bad if heat gets to close. The counters look ok but not good but not great. I would not spend the money to do this. Save your cash and get real counter tops! Oh and did I mention they set an appointment with me did not show, set a second appointment and rescheduled, then arrived 2 hours early for 3rd appointment and was mad at me that I was not here!!! read more

Our shower looked great at first, and not even 4 months later our shower drain has completely come off due to the company not using the appropriate materials to secure it while refinishing the tub, and the paint is already bubbling up and will soon peel off I'm sure. Left paint all over my bathroom cabinets and ripped the paint off of my wall with the tape around the shower. Sloppy job. read more

I contacted Miracle Method and scheduled an appointment to have my tub resurfaced. The technician Carlos arrived on time, very professional and answered all my questions. He did an amazing job on my tub and left my bathroom spotless. This was the 2nd time I had my tub resurfaced with this company and the first time I had a bad experience, but they redeemed themselves. my tub looks amazing ad I absolutely love my tub. I hired them to refinish my bath tub. When doing so they messed up the drain causing water to leak in unit below. Cost me $350 in plumbing bills and they refuse to take responsibility, saying it was not them. I had no problems or leaks whatsoever until right after they worked on my tub. No other explanation. I now see that they have an F rating with Better Business Bureau for not responding to customer complaints. Wish i had checked that before I hired them! Very low customer service ethics. read more
