I do love this place because it's clean and they honestly do quality work. The only thing is that their pricing isn't consistent. You can literally choose spa pedicure with the price next to it and when you get to the register, they'll charge you something different. I bring my own polish each time and because it says "gel" on the bottle even though it doesn't require a black light they want to charge me different prices each time. In the end, they just honor the regular price. Other than that, it's pretty good. They have tons of color options and there's never a wait. I usually go here for pedicures and manicures. I don't like that each time the nail technician doesn't ask what water temperature is most comfortable for me. I recognize when I go in I have to say upfront that I don't like my water too hot. The foot massage can be a bit rough depending on the technician. Also I have natural nails. The technician always wants to cut them down and end up with not flattering look. The quality of work is rushed and poor at times. Even for a simple manicure and pedicure. read more

It's either a hit or miss when you come here. It really does depend on the tech that you are sat with one tech did my fill, and then handed me off to another to do my French, which was poorly done. She was clearly struggling and when I asked for the price, it popped up on the screen that it was $40 for a fill the gentleman at the counter changed it to 45 and then added five dollars for me getting a French tip. What the world just happened! This was the second time coming here. First time was amazing they did a great job on my mani and pedi. However this time was a different story. I'm not sure I'll be coming back here. My nail tech gave me a hard time on what I came in for I just wanted a dip. With black tips. She said no I'm going to put tips on and next time you have them removed and put dip on then. So now I have tips on my fingers. When doing my design black French tip the lines are so uneven. The tips itself are thick. They might look good far away but when I look at them all I see are the flaws. I came in with wanting just a natural classic black tip. Never again. Got nicked during pedicure i bled for 3 minutes, nail tech wanted to finish polishing the bloody nail, put nail glue on the cut in my nail bed to stop the bleed, I asked for her to stop and they let me leave. Now i am at a urgent care waiting for antibiotics.. i have good insurance i so wont have to pay much. This is the second time i have been to the doctor for a pedicure. The last time i had a pedicure (9 months ago) there i developed a ingrown nail, i thought it was a fluke.. but since its the same place, i am safe to think its the technique. I am glad that they waived the fee of the pedicure. However i think that they need to be more careful with pedicures. I am giving this place a 1 star review here is why. Came in very sweet took me in right away going to a great start. A older lady LAN took me very nice asked me if the water was good I said yes. She started asked what i wanted got the volcano. After that she started to be rough! Hurting my feet rubbing the towel all hard just being rough. I told the lady I had ingrown and to take them out please. she took them out but then started to complain and talk all rude about me and the ingrowns. Very rude! In town for a few days visiting a friend and decided I was overdue for a pedicure. I called the Spa to ask if they accepted walk-ins as well as if there would be an opening for a pedicure within 30 minutes. I was told to come in as soon as possible so I could be taken care of; there was a nail tech available. On my way there I decided I wanted to get my nails done as well, I called back and asked if Mary was available (the nail tech my friend get her nails done by). I spoke with Mary, she told me that she had a client in her chair but could service me in 1 hour. There are shops in the area and places to eat. I walked around for a bit and then walked into the Spa to get my pedicure done. Jay Jay was very personable and made me feel welcomed. My pedicure was done amazingly. You'd never guess it had been almost 6 weeks since my last pedi after Jay Jay finished my pedicure . I got a Pro Spa Pedicure with Gel Polish #306. Mary was ready for me as soon as my pedicure was finished. I love when people are on time! I request dip powder with a coffin extension. She recommended acrylic as a base for longer extensions but I informed her that I preferred only dip powder. She decided to honor my preference. Mary definitely understood the assignment! If I didn't tell you they were dip powder nails with extensions would you assume they were acrylics? Beautiful right? Ok, I had to post this review because I gave them (3) opportunities to prove me wrong. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this nail salon. The technicians are poorly trained low skilled. The acrylic powder is trash. For example, I've had nails pop completely off less than a week after application. The acrylic looks like brittle glass. I've gone here a couple times and every time they surprise me. The first time I came, I so was please with the way they show a lot of care to my hands. They aren't rough, they don't throw my hands around. The aesthetic of the place is also amazing. This time I went, I got exactly what I showed the tech. I didn't catch her name, but she was very comfortable and personable. She seemed to want to get everything perfect to the picture I showed her! The tech surrounding her was also just joking along with my friend and I and we talked to them like we've been there multiple times before. I didn't mind this place but I'm not sure I'll go back. I will say the pedicure and manicure I received were good, the lady I had was very meticulous and I enjoyed it. The massage on the pedicure was more of a light rub and I didn't really get anything out of it. The massage chair sucked in my opinion. Also when I went in it was 3pm on a Tuesday, and it was completely empty which I thought was odd. There was no music playing so it was very quiet and just not a great vibe. They did have TVs on and Friends was playing which I liked, but the volume wasn't turned up obviously so you couldn't hear it. As far as the actual nails go I can't really speak to it. I walked in on a Friday evening without an appointment and waited less than 30 minutes to be serviced. I was quickly greeted and told to check in and wash my hands. Thea staff wore masks and social distancing was practiced. I ordered the peppermint deluxe spa pedicure. My nail tech was friendly, and thorough. I loved the job that she did. And I will be back! Hey guys, so for all the girlies if ykyk.. I have a nail tech but at times she's busy. I'm extremely picky and OCD with my nails and feet, as well I'm a cosmetologist so my attention to detail is crazy. I came in for a pedicure, and didn't have to wait which is great. They are fully staffed!! I asked for a tip and acrylic on my big toe. The first lady was extremely nice and tried her best but as I said I'm extremely picky. I felt the shape could have been better, along with the acrylic application, and the polish wasn't as smooth as I'd like. However she was nice and truly tried her best. The receptionist did offer to have someone else do it but I had arrangements after as well I didn't want to be rude bc she was so kind. I came back the next day and the receptionist had a young lady name Rose redo them and it looks better and I'm satisfied. My big toe is now more square, at a better length, and my polish is more even. I appreciate them caring and taking the time to resolve my issue. ASK FOR ROSE!!! There were dents in my nails and when I got home it chipped. I went back and asked for a refund and they refused and said that they "don't do that". Then today I called up here because they did a terrible job with my sister's nails, they told me it was okay, and to bring her up here and that they would fix them and they refused to do anything to fix it. I did gel manicure and gel pedicure and eyebrows waxing. This spa is big, clean and a lot of natural lighting. Hot stone massage with the pedicure was so good. I am ver very relaxed. I really wanted to like this place. We called beforehand to make sure they were accepting walk ins. They said they were. When we walked in nobody greeted us despite multiple staff being close by. I wanted to leave based on that alone but my bf was treating me and I didn't want to be bratty. So we stayed. I should have followed those first instincts because our service were ok at best. An older gentleman did my pedicure he was super rough and used a scrub while messaging my feet and legs. It hurt. Without asking. He rounded my toe nails. The hot towels wrapped around me feet and legs during the spa pedi were lukewarm. And my French tip came out thick and uneven even after showing a picture of what I wanted. I was asked multiple times if I wanted gel abs said no each time. He kept asking to the point that I just told him to go ahead. Clearly he only knows how yo do French tip with gel. Still didn't do it well.My boyfriend enjoyed his mani and pedi, but days later complained that his toes were sore from the cuticle clipping. I also had a cut on my big toe from the buffer used that caused discomfort days following my pedi.The place looks nice but leaves a lot to be desired . We won't be returning . read more

Would recommend you find an establishment with better customer service. Made an appointment over the phone and upon entering was treated so rudely. There was no receptionist so I said hello to the woman doing nails in the front. She didn't respond, only looked at me. I said hi again and she said "what do you want?" I was thrown off by how she was speaking to me but brushed it off. I was instructed to sign in which I did. The same woman told me to go wash my hands. I asked was she Jessica (the tech I requested an appointment with) and she said yes. She was continuing to be very rude so I asked if she was okay. I honestly hate to do this, because I usually rave about this salon to everyone and always suggest people come here. I brought my 14 year old in to have her nails done for her dance Friday. She has severe anxiety and really struggles with talking to people. I explained to the lady that did her nails that she wanted the base acrylic and the basic set (cheapest set because my daughter changes her nails weekly). She said ok. I went across the street to the bookstore to keep my other kids busy. Within 5 minutes I was called back because the lady was quoting a price of $73 dollars. I asked why she was quoting such a high price for base level nails and quoted the base price on the photos online and she said they had changed and that the base amount was now $40. When I asked to see the price sheet she said they didn't have one. So I agreed. I went back outside to tend to my other kids because I didn't want to disrupt the store and came back in less than 20 minutes later and the tech was finished. She fully rushed by daughters nails, cut them haphazardly and uneven, filled them in like balloons and left her mail bed cracked and Dry. My daughter left wanting to cry, and did, in the car. The lady also was very aggressive when I said I wouldn't be tipping due to the nature of our service, even after I said I would attempt to come back and allow it fixed and then tip accordingly. This experience will make it so I don't come back, and make it so I never refer anyone here again. It's bad enough to try to up-charge an adult, but to ruin and child's experience and make her anxiety worse is really unfair. read more

Tina did my pedicure and manicure and eyebrows all with gel polish. She was really nice and friendly.
