Recently I was experiencing symptoms of a septic tank that needed servicing. I had the tank serviced, but it did not alleviate the problem. So at 8:00 am I tried calling several plumbing contractors for service. I was feeling a bit desperate in that I couldn't flush the toilets. From most companies I didn't get my call answered, but Unstoppers answered my call. Thank goodness they did. I had tried snaking the main clean out myself, but was coming up agains a blockage. In speaking to the dispatcher at Unstoppers, he indicated all of their service techs and plumbers were really busy, but he thought he would be able to squeeze me in. A few minutes later I got a text letting me k is I would be getting a service call from Paul between 10 and 12. I got updates by text throughout the 2-hour window letting me know when Paul would arrive. Paul came set up, quickly assessed the situation and got to work. It did take a good bit of effort to clear the blockage. Paul was very determined to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I really appreciate the quick and thorough service. I will call them for all my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone in need of service.
