Kelly Plumbing not only did not ask for an upfront fee to come and give estimate, they even gave me an estimate over phone (conditional upon the problem being exactly what I described). They normally do not operate in my area. The technician came, checked, fixed my problem and charged exactly what he quoted. I found the technician and the company very honest, knowledgeable and sincere company. The price is extremely reasonable. I called several companies before that. Everyone asked for an upfront fee to come and take a look. No one would give me an approximate quote. Dan and crew did it again! Dan has been our exclusive "go to" plumber for 19 years now! (Dan, did you realize it has been that long? ) The new Heat Pump Water Heater is great! Dan and I discussed many factors about selecting the right WH for us. Normally, there are just two of us at home; we often have a house guest or two. During the holidays and hurricanes we'll have 9 or 10 people here in the house for extended periods. Consequently, our hot water needs vary from just a little to a whole lot! Dan thought outside the box and came up with a heater type (Heat Pump), size (smaller than the WH we replaced) and included an additional valve/metering device that will allow us to have the additional volume of hot water we need when we need it. when Mike arrived I was already worried that I was going to have to pay $3000 to repair my lift station in the backyard. However Mike and his trainee ran brand new piping throughout my system and ended up saving me $3000. We are very happy with the service of Kelly Plumbing. They were very accommodating, reasonable in their prices, wore safety masks, and located a very problematic leak. In fact, they came back several times within a 48 hour period , at our request, as we kept finding more problems with our outside lines unrelated to the original leak. The tech, Travis, was very helpful and knowledgeable and really we asked him to do a lot and he made every effort to help us, including coming to our house early in the morning before another scheduled job. They came same day to fix toilet problem and install a bidet hand sprayer. Plumber I had used before would not even come out because they said too many of the hand sprayers were inadequate. Kelly answered the phone immediately, warned me that some of the bidet hand sprayers were not good, but said they would come fix the toilet, install the bidet if it looked like it would work. They also said if sprayer didn't meet needs, they would make recommendations. They arrived a couple of hours later, did everything very well, were professional, efficient and nice. Restoration-Re-pipe main Sanitary sewer system. Best Bid with Quality work of 400,000.00. Ran new Black water pipe within two units. Saved the community around 15,000.00. Dan always comes up with a plan, Dan always puts a level on the new run of pipe. In my 25 years I have never seen a Plumber use a Level. We have used Dan on every Plumbing Job this community has had. We've had Kelly Plumbing on three occasions during the past six years. 1) A clogged kitchen sink when we moved into our just purchased villa. A prompt response and a "no charge" complementary service. 2) Replacement garbage disposal, again prompt service and a reasonable charge. 3) Lastly to remove old kitchen sink hardware (frozen connections) and install new hardware as part of a remodel. Our Hot Water Heater give us it's last breath, and we also had a problem with our Water Softner. Kelly Plumbing came to the rescue on a Friday evening with a new Water Heater in hand. Our main shower head arm broke. Since neither myself or my husband have 0 knowledge in plumbing, we looked for the closest plumber in our area. We called Kelley Plumbing and they said they could be here in just a few hours. When he arrived, we quickly discovered that there was no access panel in the closet to access the pipe.
