I called Harris Service Direct which holds themselves out as Harris Plumbing. My issue was…read moreadmittedly small but they said that they would and could do the job. I waited for days to get on the schedule. I was home when the plumber was scheduled to come. He called my cell phone one time. I missed that call. I called them back immediately. I ended up with Michelle on the phone. Michelle is rude, abrupt, condescending and just plain nasty. She indicated that her father was at my front door and that I didn't answer. This was factually untrue as my property is gated and I was standing in the front yard when I missed the call! Michelle further indicated that her father had gone to the next job on his list and would not be back. There was no attempt to reschedule, apologize or remedy the issue. Michelle is an absolute detriment to this business but I guess family is family. If you want to do business with a professional who cares about his business, you should keep on going, because Harris Plumbing is not the company to count on.
