I called a couple months back to confirm my upcoming cleaning appt was still within my one year membership program, the front desk assured me that it was. Today I go in and the front desk person told me I need to pay another annual program fee or a one $175 fee. I informed her that I specifically called to confirm this appt was within my current program and was assured it was. This individual was incredibly patronizing in response and told me she "didn't know what to do with that". She told me she would speak with her manager about it. When I went to check out she told me she "didn't know why someone would tell me that", then proceeded to condescendingly explain how a 1 year plan works, in terms of it only lasting a year... No accountability, no apology, nothing. Just a 'too bad not my problem' attitude. My wife and I have spent thousands at this office, this year alone. Mirage Dental just lost us as customers. So for $175, they have foregone thousands of dollars in additional revenue for years to come just from an avoidable customer service issue. I hope it was worth it. I guess they are pretty hard up to sacrifice a long term customer that could have brought in thousands more for $175. read more

Literally ripped out an implant. 4 attempted impressions the tech apparently had no patience when I had trouble removing it, she intervened and lifted the implant, which lead to an infection and drugs, dispensed by your practice. You can not challenge me on this. Can not will not recommend. I was treated very poorly because of a clerical error on their part. Clerical errors totally happen, but the customer service in resolving the error was pretty atrocious. I almost picked up my crown off the table and walked out. Dr. Maloni to his credit, did reach out to try to resolve the issue and apologize, but it just never materialized. I have been a patient of Mirage Dental for years, and have been very happy with the service I had received, until last year. I'm unsure if it has anything to do with Dr. Vo's arrival, but coincidentally, once she arrived, there have been disappointing changes among the staff, standard practices, and above all, I was left with the feeling profit is now prioritized over patients; due to a work conflict, I needed to reschedule a treatment. Upon calling the office 24 hours in advance, I was told I would be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee for not giving 48 hours notice. Sadly, I decided to find a new dentist - yet every time my husband goes to Mirage Dental, they try to get him to pay that cancellation fee. read more

Our family has been going to Mirage Dental for over 15 years. Dr Maroni and the staff there have done such an incredible job in every aspect of dentistry. Hospitality isn't something you see in a health practice every day and they are over the top. From a bottle of water to scheduling flexibility, and treating us like family from day one. As for skill and appropriate treatment they always do just what is right and necessary to keep our teeth on the right track. We aren't scared to go to the dentist BTW! It's been really cool to see a local business be so successful from the smaller very professional offices they started into the state of the art facility they built in recent years. Dr. Maroni your windows look great even if it rains! See we even have inside jokes with the Mirage family. Stacey and Brandi have been cleaning our teeth almost the entire time and have always made the experience the best it could be. We don't always take the best care of our teeth and they've made us want to do better for them, flossing or no flossing over the years there's no judgement. Keep up the great work all! Just had work done today, therefore I am not sure how well it was done. However, i went in with a broken tooth, had xrays, and was given an appt for a crown. Dentist and aasistant did not introduce themselves, talked over me as if I did not exist, did not explain what they were doing, nor how long it would take, until I specifically asked. This is the nicest dental office I have been to! As soon as I walked in, I checked the signage to make sure I was in the right place. It felt more like a day spa than a dentist office. Super warm and inviting ambiance, immaculately clean (but not in the cold, sterile way so many medical and dental offices are), and the staff was equally welcoming. Everyone that works here is incredibly nice and friendly. Dr. Moroni was excellent. He took a lot of time with us, was thorough, honest, and affordable. Great bedside manner too. Never I was excited to go see the dentist before. All the staff is super nice, you get treated in the best way possible, any drinks you want, coffee anytime, massage chairs, TV on the sealing, cozy blanket. I was there yesterday and I literally fell asleep watching avengers. They also do your crowns right in front of you on 3D printer or smth which I thought was dope, but the best thing is that the doc is super cool, keeps it fun, extremely experienced and the most important - does perfect job every time. Prices surprised me in a good way too, it's cheaper than the one I used to go to before I moved to this area and like 10 times nicer. Set up an appointment- thank me later! read more

Dr. Moroni has changed my life. I live in Colorado Springs and have seen multiple dentists in the past few years. They all seemed burned out and unwilling to listen. After a lifetime of good dental care, I found myself without anyone to trust. My old dental work started to fail, and I was scared. Dr. Moroni assured me that we could come up with a plan. I'm 3/4 if the way through the plan, and I have already regained the confidence in my smile. I no longer try to distract my mouth during conversations. My confidence is boosted, I feel more professional, and most importantly, I feel healthier. Every member of the staff has been five star customer service. We've driven down from Aurora for the past several years, specifically because of Dr. Moroni and his staff. Everyone is focused on your comfort and doing an exceptional job. My kids have never nervous since the beginning of their first appointment. Other than very basic fillings--you'll be referred to an endodontist...what?!? I wasn't impressed with the "aren't I wonderful" attitude and demeanor of Dr. Moroni--he's clearly a fan of himself. There's everything here from dental to surgery to orthodontics, all in one place. They use state-of-the-art equipment in a beautiful facility. There is a calming waterfall and a snack bar in the lobby. They use digital scans. Everyone wears an earpiece for easy communication. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DENTIST IN DENVER! I chipped my crown over the weekend, and I was frantically trying to find a dentist to fix it ASAP. Though they had a full schedule, Mirage Dental Associates responded quickly and was able to fit me in! Dr. Moroni was extremely detailed, professional, and made the experience easy and painless. He did a great job on my tooth; making it look natural and better than ever. I typically avoid dentists like the plague, because of some bad previous experiences elsewhere. After having my old crown removed and replaced all in one visit, and WITHOUT PAIN, I can confidently say that this is the best dentist I've ever been to. I'm now excited to get my smile restored and have regular checkups with a dentist. It also doesn't hurt that their office is state of the art, extremely clean, and the entire staff is very hospitable. I highly recommend Mirage Dental Associates for those weary of the dentist, due to painful past experiences, as Dr. Moroni and his team of experts care about you as a person. I was satisfied with the dental care. Mirage was willing to clean my teeth three or four times a year, which my teeth really need due to rapid plaque accumulation. At my last appointment, I had to listen to country music, which I loathe. To me, it's like fingernails on a blackboard. I mentioned how much I dislike country music, but was forced to listen to it anyway because "the staff likes it." I suspect it is more of a cultural and political slap in the face to patients who are trapped in a dentist's chair. read more

Wow...super impressed with this practice and everyone there! After a series of bad experiences I hadn't realized how anxious I was during my visits. I had repeatedly experienced pain and had started to put off going to the dentist. They fit me in immediately for a cleaning and it was one of the best experiences I've had. I waited to post a review until after filling work since it was a big job to remove a bunch of old fillings and put some new ones in. The practice was understanding when I asked to listen to music which helped 100% and for once I felt no pain during the procedure. I am so relieved to have found a practice that is close by, has the right balance of preventive care and could see through to fix issues other docs had missed that were causing discomfort. The new office is amazing! Everything from the massaging chairs to the flat screen TVs where you can pick a movie to watch while you get your teeth cleaned. I used to hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Moroni and his staff put me completely at ease. My hygienist, Danielle, always does a very thorough cleaning and is extremely gentle. Beware! If you are told you have a lot of cavities you should get a second opinion. I personally know of 6 people and have heard of as many more who have had A LOT of work done. In 3 years I had 8 cavities and 2 root canals done. My husband had 9 cavities. I can't believe it took me so long to question, but it makes me sick to think that it may have all been unnecessary. My previous dentist retired so I was faced with the task of finding a new one. I checked Yelp and most every comment was positive so I thought I would give them a try. They are fantastic. From the first moment, the staff showed me around the office and introduced me to the state of the art equipment they have. I knew I needed a crown and they did that and a cleaning on the same day. I didn't feel stressed at all. The staff made me feel like one of the family and the crown was completely pain free. They have a special machine that makes the crown right there so it can all be done in the same day. No 2 or 3 follow up visits needed to complete the job. I had Dr. Knox and Dr. Moroni and they made me feel at ease. I am no stranger to dentists I handled Dental Malpractice claims for years and I personally have 8 (now 9) Crowns myself. This is the best dentist I have ever been to. They are also very reasonable. I have no dental insurance and the prices Mirage charges are well in line with other dentists. This really blew me away. The Dr. (Dr. Knox) called me the evening I had the Crown done to check on me. Wow! I usually cannot get a Dr. To call me back if I call them and to have my Dr. take the time to call me is fantastic. New to Colorado and found this dental office from a Google search. Went in for a cleaning and left so disappointed. I felt rushed through the whole time. The dental hygienist Danielle was friendly but she rushed through my cleaning and answered my questions in a hurried manner. I didn't feel like my needs were important to her. I have sensitivity and pain in one tooth and she brushed it off and told me to buy a special tooth paste. Will not come worst hygienist I've ever encountered. read more

We went to a dentist that we liked (Dr. Sibo), but was difficult to see because she is always booked, so we changed to Mirage Dental. At our first dentist, our daughter had the beginning of a cavity that was on a "watch." Six months later, at Mirage Dental, Dr. Moroni didn't notice any teeth that had cavities or needed a "watch." For a variety of reasons, we decided to go back to the first dentist and just deal with her busy schedule. So...six months later, the first dentist said that the "watch" had become a cavity that needed to be filled. She said that it was advanced enough to have needed filling six months prior. I don't know why Dr. Moroni didn't notice the cavity. read more

3 visits to this office now. Great experience every time. I like both Dr Hudec and Dr Moroni. Jenny does a great job cleaning my teeth and is very gentle while still getting the job done. They know up front what your insurance will cover and if they recommend any other treatments, they know the cost so you can make an educated decision right away. From setting up my appointment to checking out, I had a flawless and enjoyable experience at Mirage Dental. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who gave me a quick tour of the clinic. Danielle gave me a very thorough cleaning, exam and X-rays. She explained everything as she went through the visit. I get a little nervous going to the dentist and she made me feel so comfortable. I walked in and was met by an awesome cascading waterfall display, friendly front desk staff, and the feeling that I may be getting a filling or perhaps a massage. The office was clean, efficient, and had all the little additions that really put an experience over the top. I'm not ashamed of the complimentary gift bag I took home or the extra cup of coffee and snack the staff offered up. Massaging chairs, flat screen movies, and a a gorgeous view were also nice additions. The best part though was watching the blindingly efficient dance that Dr. Moroni and his assistant, Kara, did before my eyes. These two knocked out a filling in what seemed like 5 minutes. During all this they somehow managed to hold a conversation with me, hand-off around 45 different tools to each other, and crack a relentless series of jokes. I couldn't be happier with their work or the positive experience I had there. I went in for a filling, once I got back to see the doctor, a women named Emily came back to go over treatment/cost and she was very short, rude and fake. She only cared about making sure they got the money. Her attitude was one of the worst I've experienced. Then Dr.Moroni came in and seemed agitated from the start. He started the filling and was so mean to the assistant. He would throw his tools towards her and push her tools out of my mouth aggressively and made it very uncomfortable and awkward. I couldn't wait till it was over the second it started. not to mention I'm still having pain on the tooth he did the filling on, but for sure will be finding another dentist to do the job right. read more

The doctor who worked on me called me later that evening to check on me, see how it was feeling.
