Mirage Party Bus was the best decision I made for my friends Bachelorette Party! Living in DFW and throwing a party in Phoenix for my best friend was down right scary! I was so worried about what to do and where to go, how to approach the other bridesmaids about the cost of the event and the list goes on. The bride to be did express that she wanted to enjoy the nightlife for her Bachelorette evening, on that note, knowing there were going to be 25 of us, a basic limo just wouldn't due. I did a bit of research and found Mirage limo. They helped me plan everything; where to go, what to do, the hottest spots, and even how to break down the bill with the other girls with their per person rates. I was So Relieved! The office staff was fantastic, even when I called back about 5 or 6 times with more questions. They were so patient and understanding with me! The Bachelorette Party was an amazing success! The bus arrived just a few minutes early, patiently waited and never rushed us. Our driver was fantastic! He even managed to get all of our names down- I don't know how he did it, but we felt like he was a life long personal party chuffer! The bus was Spectacular! It was clean and very luxurious. They even included VIP access to the club we went to so we didn't have to wait on any lines, they also included the cover charge in the bus rental! Oh and to make my life just that much easier, at no additional charge, they included the Bride to Be's Tiara, a Sash, and a shot glass necklace! (Okay I'm thrilled because I looked like a totally awesome Maid of Honor who had all my stuff together) They also provided bottled water for everyone on the bus and they ended our evening with complimentary Pizza- which was perfect because we were all starving after dancing our butt's off! My experience with Mirage Limousines at the Decadence Arizona music festival was an absolute disaster. Their so-called "service" reeked of incompetence and unprofessionalism for paying customers. From the start, they seemed more interested in making threats towards passengers than ensuring a smooth experience. Their staff, if you could call them that, were unprepared and demonstrated a blatant disregard for the terms outlined in our signed contract. We had two nights in a row initially booked, and after the conclusion of the first night, our driver/owner of Mirage Limos told me that he needed to cancel our trip the next day because it took him "too long to get back to the venue.". The chaos reached its peak when their overbooked route nearly left us stranded. Leaving the venue early and denying entry to others was just the cherry on top of their colossal failure. As if that wasn't enough, they had the audacity to demand 5-star reviews before allowing anyone to leave--a pathetic attempt to salvage their pitiful reputation. Financially, dealing with Mirage Limousines was a nightmare. They not only overcharged me for their shoddy service, citing ridiculous "overtime" fees for traffic delays, but they also pocketed my $200 deposit, a clear breach of trust. In addition, we were not allowed to bring any backpacks or bottles on the bus, and were told that if anyone had alcohol or vapes they would be kicked off the bus. Not sure what type of "party bus" doesn't allow alcohol or vaping but it doesn't sound like much of a party to me... The driver/owner's rushed and rude demeanor throughout the ordeal only solidified the fact that Mirage Limousines is a bottom-tier operation. If you have any sense, stay far away from this dumpster fire of a company. They've mastered the art of disappointing and infuriating their customers. read more

My first experience with Mirage Limousines was over 13 years ago, I was so impressed with Kevin and his team, I have never used another service since. I don't ever take the time to write reviews but when booking my most recent event, I accidentally ended up in the Yelp reviews and saw either very high ratings or low and felt the need to set the record straight and write my own review since I have used Mirage for such a long time. In all my 13 + years I have never once been disappointed, to the contrary, whether celebrating with adults or kids for a special occasion, having a fun evening out with a few couples, girls nights out, shopping sprees, rides to and from concerts, holiday light tours, my children's birthday parties, picking up special people from the airport (and the list goes on) Kevin always delivers and exceeds my expectations each and every time and that really says something as prior to Mirage I can't say my limo experiences were all good. Not only is the service unmatched, the vehicles are all amazing and trust me they have one to fit every occasion including ultra cool party buses! All I have to do is tell him what we want to celebrate and he helps me chose the the right vehicle every time ;) ! Not to mention his drivers are always top notch and professional. My business takes me to the Phoenix area at least several times each year and has done so for 8 years running. I regularly entertain clients while in Phoenix and the groups can vary in size from 2 to 25. During my first visit, I was introduced to Mirage Limousine and have used them on nearly every visit ever since. Here's why... On my first visit I was tasked with arranging an outing for about 10 members of our client's organization. One of my business client was coming into town with his wife and I wanted to show my gratitude so they can enjoy a night with me and my wife. After calling several limo companies in town with different rates, I end up selecting Mirage limo. I spoke with Kevin who is owner and happens to be a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. I asked him that I wanted his limo to pick up my client and his wife from Hilton point squaw peak, bring them to Veneto Trattoria Italian restaurant in Scottsdale, then we ride around town for while, and have them drop off back to their hotel. He assured me it will be delivered. After meeting my client at the restaurant, he was extremely pleased with the limo service. Once they were inside the limo, there was a bottle of wine and a fruit basket for them to enjoy. I was surprised hearing that and very kind of Kevin. After we had our pleasant dine at Veneto Trattoria, we decided to all ride the limo. We ended up at Phoenician Resort having drinks and enjoy the rest of the evening. Next morning, Kevin called me back to inquire about our experience. I told him, not only my client was extremely pleased, but his professional service was beyond my expectation from a limo company. I want to start by saying my group and I are very experienced when it comes to renting party buses for events -- we've done it with groups as large as 25 people before. With that context, I can confidently say Mirage Limousines, and Kevin in particular, have been the absolute easiest to work with and provided the best overall service we've ever had. Our driver James was professional, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. The bus itself was in amazing condition -- spacious, clean, and with a great sound system. On top of that, Kevin gave us a fair price for the hours we needed, something that hasn't always been the case with other companies. What stands out the most, though, is how effortless Kevin made the whole process. In the past, we've dealt with companies double-booking buses (which meant we couldn't even leave our belongings inside), or sending out rundown buses that were too hot, too small, or just not worth the money we paid. This past weekend we hired Mirage Limousines to bring our entire wedding party from Phoenix to Jerome for our service and reception. When we made the reservation we originally rented the party bus however after thinking about it the next day we decided we needed to change to a minibus due the age of some of our guests. This change was made with no issues. We requested the bus arrive at our home at 2:00PM. The bus arrived at 1:45 and the driver had me inspect the bus and made sure the AC was working. They had a cooler of water for our guests (no alcohol allowed on a minibus). Our guests boarded at 2:00 and we were off. We made two pit stops on the way up without issue. We arrived in Jerome 3 1/2 hours later, due to the stops and the fact a bus does not climb hills overly well. The bus driver stood by until it was time to leave. Everyone loaded (made sure all were accounted for) and we were off. We made it back after the time we had reserved however we knew this would be the case since we left Jerome later than expected. Over-all we had a great time, excellent experience and our driver was very professional doing his best to be sure we were all comfortable. We definitely would use Mirage Limo again. Mirage Limousine was a pleasure to work with. I live in Scottsdale and wanted to use a local company to reserve a stretch limo for a special evening out with my wife on valentine's day, especially since she had never been in a limo. I went online to their website and requested a quote and received an email in less than 24 hours with all the details and pricing. I also requested pricing from other limo companies who either didn't respond or even send me quote as requested. Mirage followed up with a phone call to me asking if I had received the quote and did I have any questions. Their staff is courteous and friendly with a wide selection of fleet vehicles to meet every need. I was very particular about the type of limo I was looking for and they were able to meet my needs. This service hands down is the best i have ever used. I used Mirage Limousines on 11/24/2014 to shuttle my guest from the Arizona Biltmore to Wrigley Mansion. I was very impressed with Kevin who i believe is the owner. The process was very smooth and so simple. I booked the the shuttle bus for about 4 hours, 545pm to 945pm. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with other companies similar to this one. I was already looking for this to be a below average service honestly. To my surprise the driver was actually early and came looking for me to complete a little bit of paper before my guest got on the shuttle bus. he was very well dressed, honestly that was refreshing to see and to top it his demeanor was very professional . He was very well spoken and very funny. Most importantly he was really courteous and patient. He stayed in contact with me the entire time like i told him to, so that we could keep the shuttle pick ups and drop offs right on schedule. I booked a 45 man party bus for a business event that I had on Oct 29th . I not only booked this bus 3 months in advance, but I also called to check in and update directions etc. My whole business venture here was planned around the expensive tour bus. The day of the event was awful. We waited 45 minutes for the bus to arrive, I tried calling the driver several times with no answer. I then called Kevin at the office and he stated the bus was broken and that they would comp us a new shuttle . However 20 minutes later me and my guests were still waiting outside with food,drinks, and people melting. After the 2 hours the Mirage limo offered for them to call another company and me just pay their fee too. WOW. What a joke. Needless to say . Mirage Limo never fixed this and we did even get to get on a bus. It ruined my whole event and I spent 2K on it. They made me look unprofessional and stupid. I will never do business with those people or company again. Not only was Mirage Limousine reasonably priced, they actually made me feel like "I mattered" when it came to planning a surprise, special evening for my wife! From the first time I made contact with Jerry, he responded quickly and then stayed with me every step of the way as I finalized my plans. You can tell how much pride he takes in the company and making sure his customers are happy. On the big day, Randy showed up when promised and got us to our destinations on time. He provided awesome customer service (and conversation) throughout the entire evening, especially when it came to coordinating the time and place of pick-ups and drop-offs.
