Mirage has hooked me up on a few occasions and has become my go to head shop. They have a nice selection of glass and I got a really sweet Towelie bowl which is pretty much my most prized possession. I bought a hive oil vape here that I love. I have needed assistance with it a few times and the staff here has anyways been able to help. They may not be the friendliest bunch but they know their stuff so that's good enough for me. I definitely recommend Mirage for any glass or vape needs! read more

Always a great experience at Mirage Smoke Shop. best selection of products in the area; I drive 30 min just for this shop! He's got a wide selection of products including kratom and CBD both of which are incredible, and the young guy I usually interact with is quite amicable and friendly, real good people here. read more

I purchased a Suorin Drop back in May, I went back 2 weeks later because it wasn't working properly and I wanted to see if I could exchange it for a new one, the company offers a 6 month manufacturer warranty, they told me that there is nothing that they can do. When I purchased the previous one, I was a little upset that it broke after 7 months. The employee told me that the salt juice vapes do not last that long, on average 6 months. This time when I went in he said that they only last a couple of weeks and customer come in and purchase 15 at a time, $35 each, who purchases 15 at one time. The associate was so rude and did not offer to help me at all with trying to get a new product from the manufacturer, or even a discount on the next product. I come in all the time, purchase my pods there and have purchased 2 vapes and numerous juices. I will travel further to get better service and have a shop that backs the products they sell. read more

Mirage Smoke Shop was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at any business. From the second I walked in, the staff had terrible attitudes and acted like helping customers was some kind of inconvenience. Instead of being respectful or professional, they were rude, dismissive, and made the whole environment uncomfortable. On top of that, everything was overpriced compared to other smoke shops nearby, and the selection wasn't even worth it. The store felt unorganized, the service was awful, and the overall vibe was shady and unprofessional. I left frustrated and disappointed, and I definitely won't be coming back.
