I also dipped my toe into my first McIntosh home audio piece after having one of their amps in my car. I really am a fan of two channel audio and vinyl records. They have a person dedicated to tuning your new turntable or putting life in to your old turntable. They also offer more than just stereos. They were the first place that I went to when I wanted to get a smart home. They're able to not only install all the fancy equipment, but they also know how to program it. It wonderful to be able to use your voice to turn on the lights and the music to set the tone for your evening. Their Install department is top-notch and the best in the area in my humble opinion.

We ordered a custom sofa from Sheffield with COM fabric. The sofa was delivered with the correct fabric and looked good. However, we later realized that the chaise portion of the sofa was 3 inches narrower than specified on the order form. Instead of being 39" wide (interior) it is 36" wide. Sheffield has refused to do anything to make the order match what was specified, what they agreed to, and what we paid for. They claim that being 3" narrower is "within spec" and maybe a result of the fabric pulling it narrower. The fabric!?! Pulling a wooden frame in 3"?!? An absurb dodge to avoid their cost to rebuild the sofa as specified. Sheffield did not stand behind the contract that they signed to deliver quality furniture.
