I am 63 and Dr Ebroon made me look 10 years younger. This is not an exaggeration. I had no visible lids, and had huge bags with lipid pimple looking things under my eyes. I knew I hated the mirror but thought it was maybe just me being hard on myself. Then a friend who hadn't seen me in a few years met me and said that I still had my spunky personality. Her tone made the message clear. I felt awful. It was a wake up call. I decided to have both upper and lower lids fixed by Dr. Ebroon, which he did about 6 weeks ago. Recently everyone is telling me I look great- they can't put their finger on why, but seriously about 3 people in one month commented on my looks. I have been a patient of Dr. Ebroon for several years, but I can still remember the first time he shook my hand and greeted me with that warm smile. I had not seen an eye doctor in years so I forced myself to finally be proactive and get the dreaded "eye checkup" over and done with. Growing up, going to the eye-doctor was always worse for me somehow than going to the dentist. I hated it. When meetimg a doctor for the first time - sitting in a small room waiting for that dreaded door to open, imagining what kind of person will walk through - is a stressful situation, even for the most serene of us. Some (like myself) get more worked up. It's because of this anxiety that I can remember how quickly it subsided! I immediately sensed Dr. Ebroon's enthusiasm for his work and his genuine concern for his patient - me. He listens. He explains thoroughly the what, why and how, as well as the pros and cons, of any test or treatment. And he does this all without sounding like he's talking down to you. He is brilliant. Just glance at his wall - you'll see where he's gone to school, his awards, and the depth of his education. After my fist exam he determined that I had a severe case of chronic dry eye. He performed the most conservative treatments before we decided on a more permanent solution. My sight has improved as a result, and my eyes are actually blue again. I thought I was just supposed to live with the scratchy, bloodshot eyes! I will always have flare ups, but I now know what to do to minimize them. Also, Dr. Ebroon is just cool. For instance, he doesn't care if you accidentally let one (or a few!) four letter words escape when you feel pain. I was embarrassed when I couldn't hold my tongue as I was getting a numbing shot. He laughed it off and said not to worry, that he'd heard it all. (Don't let this scare you, lol. He's not one for torturing poor souls. I was just very unfortunate in that the shot had to go under my eyelid... No way around that.) As far as cosmetic procedures.... he's better than anyone I have seen so far for administering botox and fillers. He is a true artist, and nothing looks unnatural. I am amazed when I get to my car and look at his work in the rearview mirror, under full sunlight. I cannot forget the staff! I have only been to the Thousand Oaks office. But everytime I am greeted quickly with EYE CONTACT (no pun intended, lol) and a smile. And never once have I felt like I was just another body standing between them and going home. Many offices that are comprised of several doctors unfortunately lose that personable appeal that an individual doctor office usually has. But they make it work somehow at Conejo Simi Eye. The wait time is usually about twenty minutes. If it ever runs over, Dr. Ebroon will express his gratitude for your patience. I see him at the very end of his day, so it is expected that some patients before me were late, or that an appointment ran over for unforeseen reasons, thus throwing the time off a bit. However, I know that when I see him he will never rush through the appointment just to play catch up. I would rather wait a little longer knowing that when I do see him it will feel like I am his only patient. read more

I had LASIK eye surgery back in September and my vision is now amazing! I wore glasses since I was a freshman in high school and felt I couldn't function without them! I'm currently seeing 20/15 and could be any happier with my vision. Dr. Davidson did a fantastic job with my surgery and made me feel very safe. His staff was very nice and helpful though out the entire process and still continues to be when needed. Dr. Pye Nguyen has been seeing me for my follow ups after surgery and she also rocks! I was referred to this office and did receive a thorough exam for a condition that will require surgery. I didn't feel comfortable with that particular doctor doing my surgery for reasons I won't get in to and asked to make an appointment with another doctor in the same practice and was told they would NOT do it. I spoke to many staff who were mostly rude and left messages for office managers in both offices that never called me back. when I cancelled my follow up appt and asked for an email address for the office manager I was told "we don't communicate by email I can't give you any email address". I have never experienced anything like this in my life and it is beyond rude, it is unethical. I am going to complain to my insurance company and the medical board. I am now having to go through the long process of getting another referral through my insurance company to another doctor. read more

I can't say how much i love this man!! He is amazing at what he does! I had bell's palsy about 3 years ago which cause my left upper lid to droop. I stopped taking pictures because of it. As i was planning my wedding the thought of my eye looking closed in every picture was stressing me out more then anything! These are pictures that will be seen for years to come. My first appointment Dr. Ebroon reassured me that he would be able to do it and the results should be what i wanted! This is the worst medical facility I've ever come to. I was the first one here, yet everyone was seen before me. This is very unprofessional and unexceptional !!!!!! I will definitely be asking my insurance for another TED Dr. Not only is he unprofessional , he insists on not hearing you out! I have thyroid eye disease and need a Dr. that not only will listen but will also hear what I'm trying to explain. On this particular visit I was the first one who signed in and was actually the 3rd patient of his to be seen, a patient that he hadn't been seen for a while walked in and gave each other a big hug and he told her to come on back ! Once again very unprofessional and unexpected!!!!!!! My eyes have been bothering me for many many years. I have yet to get relief. I have nothing but bad things to say about this particular visit ! Long overdue review, Dr. Ebroon honestly changed my life. Before the Ptosis procedure I was constantly insecure and thinking about the asymmetry between my eyelids, especially when people would ask about it. I went to Dr. Ebroon because my primary care doctor recommended him. I had this ugly purple vein sticking out of my eyelid. At the appointment, Dr. Ebroon was very kind and explained what my options were. I decided to have it removed. I need to say that I am a freak when it comes to my eyes and pretty much a scared baby. I thought that they would make the appointment to have it removed but instead did it at the appointment. I had no time to back out. It went exactly how he said it would and the nurse was so supportive. Piece of cake and no pain. I drove myself home. I had a serious eye infection, because of another doctors mistakes. A friend told me about Dr Ebroon and advised me to see him. I called to schedule an appointment in his Ventura office. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the receptionist. When I met Dr Ebroon, he made me feel very comfortable. He checked my eyes and explained my situation and let me know it was a step by step process and that he wanted to make sure that I understood the process. I asked him questions and he answered them in a manner that I could understand. I was not rushed at all. I feel comfortable with him and his staff.
