I also clearly stated that I am allergic to fish, but the diet plan still included fish. When I pointed out these errors, she became defensive instead of apologetic. She insisted the plan was made specifically for me and said she would only fix it if I paid for additional sessions. There was no apology and no attempt to correct her mistakes. I was charged full price for a completely inaccurate and careless plan.
