We walked in seeing a mirror of names who made appointments and my stomach dropped. I walked in asking "do I need an appointment" and the woman said yes, however we can still help you. We browsed and I tried on dresses that I envisioned myself in, mermaid dress with lots of sparkles !! The owner Carrie came in and suggested I tried on a dress .... On the hanger I knew it wasn't my type. I tried on the dress and started crying. I found it. It still had the sparkles I wanted but plain on the bottom. I SAID YES TO MY DRESS !!! Forever grateful for Carrie for welcoming me in and showing me something different. The woman (forgive me I forgot her name) who did my fittings is also the seamstress ... absolutely amazing. The sweetest woman we bonded like I knew her for years !! We ended the night having a champagne toast that was peach flavored ! Very delicious and taking a boomerang in front of their back drop ! I will cherish the moments I had before closing with these woman. Two places we found on a whim - Blu rayne & Butterfields we're I'm hosting my wedding. Support local businesses because I will forever recommend this establishment Thank you Blu rayne for finding my forever dress & making me so comfortable & memorable ! I immediately reached out to my friends to see who they would recommend and Tatiana came highly recommended. Upon my first meeting, she was friendly, supportive and knew exactly what to do. Luckily I lost just enough weight to slip into the dress and Tatiana worked her magic around the hem and the shoulders. She was amazing. I've gone back to her for a few bridesmaid dress fittings and she always does a wonderful job.

I came in around 8 pm to try to find a mother of the bride dress for my mother. I want her to be my something blue and we were trying to find the perfect dress. The sales lady Maryam was so patient and nice with my mom. She found many dresses in her size and gave us so many options to chose from. Eventually, my mom found the perfect dress for her in blue that fit her body. I am so happy with Maryam's great customer service and patience!

Kari is an amazing florist she did an ace job with our flowers. She also amused us with tales of her hysterical son. Don was the best photographer, I had such a good time with him behind the camera, we meshed well and he made me very comfortable on my wedding day. Our only problem was with our thank you cards. Despite the fact that I have a degree in graphic design my husband has a better design eye. He wasn't happy with the thank you cards at first. Once everything was straightened out they actually weren't bad cards, our guests and gift givers seemed pleased with them. They also give the best deals around for package pricing, you will definitely save money but still have a good job done if you work with wedding world.

I agreed to her high price point as I was lead to believe that the gowns were custom made by Raffaella in house alongside her "team". After months of poor communication and even spans of complete lack of communication for consecutive months unless initiated by me or my mom, I began to worry as my wedding day was approaching and there was still no evidence that a dress even existed, despite being told that it was in production. A month out from my wedding and still no dress, I began to panic and we reached out demanding answers on when the dress would finally be completed. It was then that she admitted that the "team" that she was referring to was actually a manufacturer in Asia where she apparently outsources her gown production to. At this point, she provided pictures of a dress somewhere on another continent that was nowhere close to being completed. She had to have the dress rushed to completion in order to have it arrive in her studio with just under a month until my wedding day. I could never fully appreciate the dress because the whole situation made me so upset. I felt robbed of that beautiful moment of trying on my dress for the first time in front of my mom and being in awe together. The manufacturers in Asia did a fine job considering their time crunch, but the bustle and finger loop that she attached herself during alterations both snapped off within 2 hours of wearing the dress. She recently reached out asking for pictures of my dress so that she could promote it for her business. I kindly explained that my experience was not one that I was comfortable with encouraging to other brides. She responded with by far the most unprofessional, rude, and out of touch text that completely lacked accountability for her shortcomings and misleadings, while still encouraging me to send her pictures. This review only exists because its become clear to me that she has not taken this experience as an opportunity to learn and grow as a business, and I would feel awful knowing that another woman would spend her time, emotional energy, and money only to be met with an unbelievably stressful situation.

The salon is for custom designed dresses , not off the rack alterations . The ladies worked with my daughter-in-law , who had purchased the silk and lace in the bridal district in NYC , to customize the dress she specifically had in mind . Every detail was thought out, every adjustment with every bit of lace used , it was truly an amazing custom made creation. The ladies treated us like family as we went through the process . This salon is truly a gem .

I wasn't entirely happy with the alterations made to my dress between the first and second fittings…read more(felt too tight around the thighs, felt like I couldn't sit comfortably etc) and I was told "that's just the fit of the dress you have to get used to it." I felt like I was being gaslit and made sure to bring a friend to my final appointment to make sure the dress was perfect and that I wouldn't be bullied into a dress i felt uncomfortable in. The dress ended up looking and feeling good, but on the actual wedding day when tying my bustle the straps broke, which meant the train had to stay long. Ended up needing to change into a different dress (not a planned second look) because I couldn't dance with the bustle breaking. Overall would not recommend based on bedside manner and quality of alterations.

A must stop when shopping for a wedding dress! Ask for Anna!…read more I must tell you that I shopped at quite a few places when shopping for my wedding dress, as you should until you find "the one". The service from Anna was the best. She has plenty of experience and lots of patience. She was not pushy at all, just the opposite. Anna even helped with suggesting some alterations for my dress to the seamstress. From start to finish she looked out for me the entire process. The seamstress's work was great. She made straps for my dress that matched perfectly. I was super comfortable in my dress and my mom even bought the "mother of the bride dress" here as well. BTW - the dress wasn't even expensive!
