I had a vision of Christmas mixed with the recipients favorite flower, which is sunflowers, and collaborated with Paul over the phone the morning of Christmas Eve. And he told me it might be difficult to blend those two together because of how contrasting Christmas colors are with sunflowers. I left it up to them to freestyle this vision as best they could. When my recipients received their delivery, not only were they surprised and completely in awe of the arrangement, but they were so impressed that they decided to use them for their future arrangements. The roses were in terrible condition -- honestly some of the worst flowers I've ever been given. Most of them never bloomed, many already looked wilted, and by the very next day the bouquet was practically dying. For the amount of money spent, the quality was unacceptable, especially for Mother's Day. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I reached out privately before writing this review because I wanted to give the business an opportunity to make it right. I was told to send an email, which I did immediately, but weeks later we still have not received any response at all. It's disappointing that a business selling flowers for special occasions would provide such poor quality products and then completely ignore customers afterward. They promptly returned my call first thing the next morning. I got two same-day arrangements sent out very efficiently. Both recipients said the flowers were beautiful. I wanted something bright and cheery, not generic, and they delivered. The second delivery was placed a little later in the day but they were still able to do it. I'm not sure if the pricing is standard/comparable to others but I thought it was fine. $40 minimum for delivery plus $15 for delivery (same price same-day or otherwise).
