For the amount of money spent, the quality was unacceptable, especially for Mother's Day. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I reached out privately before writing this review because I wanted to give the business an opportunity to make it right. I was told to send an email, which I did immediately, but weeks later we still have not received any response at all. It's disappointing that a business selling flowers for special occasions would provide such poor quality products and then completely ignore customers afterward. They promptly returned my call first thing the next morning. I got two same-day arrangements sent out very efficiently. Both recipients said the flowers were beautiful. I wanted something bright and cheery, not generic, and they delivered. The second delivery was placed a little later in the day but they were still able to do it. I'm not sure if the pricing is standard/comparable to others but I thought it was fine. $40 minimum for delivery plus $15 for delivery (same price same-day or otherwise).
