I was told, the car wash does an automatic pre-wash so if it doesn't do a good enough job, I should've just driven through again. To summarize: if you go through Tommy's car wash get out inspect your car before you leave the property; just in case you need to go through again for a dirty car. If you have any issues, don't expect an apology or to get your money back for another wash, if it's been several days as in my case. Lesson Learned. Too bad zero stars isn't possible! I trusted these people in my hometown to take due care of us by ensuring we had safe equipment to rent. It was not to be. Upon our arrival at our home the truck cargo caught fire and EVERYTHING my family (including my elderly mom, a WWII-veteran widow) owns was either burned up or damaged and ruined by soot and smoke. The fire department determined that the cause of the fire was that the exhaust pipe on the truck was pointed upwards, toward the cargo. You can't see the tailpipe on a UHaul unless you crawl underneath because of the skirting on their trucks. We don't think any kind of safety inspection was done at all before we left because they were in such a hurry when they brought it to us. They had to go all the way to Grand Island to get us a truck because UHaul takes your money for "reservations" but they don't actually care if the equipment you paid for is available or not. Now my family is going through an insurance nightmare with Repwest (UHaul's insurance provider who is CONVENIENTLY under the same corporate parent company) and it looks like we may have to go to court to get any kind of just or fair compensation. You would think that the sales and service department would communicate to keep customers happy, but you'd be wrong!!! My wife and I bought a grand wagoneer from this dealership and was told we would have different perks because we bought a wagoneer. One of these perks was getting to have a vehicle to drive if our wagoneer was ever in for service. This happened one time, which makes them liars!! Additionally when you get done with the purchase you get a survey and are coached to give them top ratings guilting you to think they won't be able to feed their kids if they get anything other than a top rating! Shame on us for listening to this advice. Further more, you'd think that being a certified dealership for Jeep they would know how many issues the grand wagoneer has. To date, our wagoneer has been serviced over a dozen times in a matter of 6 months and communication of service being completed or anything else is scarce. Buyer beware!!
