Nathan told me I could file a claim under warranty for my license plate, a little bending fixed the license plate so a warranty claim wasn't necessary on my part. I was told, the car wash does an automatic pre-wash so if it doesn't do a good enough job, I should've just driven through again. To summarize: if you go through Tommy's car wash get out inspect your car before you leave the property; just in case you need to go through again for a dirty car. If you have any issues, don't expect an apology or to get your money back for another wash, if it's been several days as in my case. Lesson Learned. Too bad zero stars isn't possible! You would think that the sales and service department would communicate to keep customers happy, but you'd be wrong!!! My wife and I bought a grand wagoneer from this dealership and was told we would have different perks because we bought a wagoneer. One of these perks was getting to have a vehicle to drive if our wagoneer was ever in for service. This happened one time, which makes them liars!! Additionally when you get done with the purchase you get a survey and are coached to give them top ratings guilting you to think they won't be able to feed their kids if they get anything other than a top rating! Shame on us for listening to this advice. Further more, you'd think that being a certified dealership for Jeep they would know how many issues the grand wagoneer has. To date, our wagoneer has been serviced over a dozen times in a matter of 6 months and communication of service being completed or anything else is scarce. Buyer beware!!
