The gentleman brought the fuel truck along side the dock and we got our few hundred gallons of diesel. Since they took a check, it saved us the credit card fee of 4%. They were fairly priced and efficient. Definitely would come back if in the area.

Mike is talented at his craft, I would say this because what Mike does and the way he does it is nothing short of a mastered skilled trade. Last year during Covid when boating season was at its peak and I had just purchased a Carver Motor Yacht I needed some help. Although Mike was very busy he made time in a compliant setting to work out the details of completely refurbishing the canvass, upholstery and Glass. We even worked through the design of converting The boat box and coolers into additional padded resilient bench seating. OMG was that a great decision. Additional seating for 6 and what a great opportunity to work through an issue with Mike, where at the end of that project he left me with value that a person just can't put a price on, but he did and it was more than fair. I have found Mike to have top of the line creativity, better than best quality, very fair lead times, and pricing that really doesn't need haggling. Mike is, has been, and continues to be the go to guy for my boating needs. I have brought many an idea to Mike with my having little to no expertise in his craft and he was always able to respectfully take the though, implement it into how those projects actually work and at a price that was less than what it would have been if I wasn't open to the better way to do it. Mike will build me whatever I want, but allowing him to be part of the design process has only brought me more value at a lower cost. If your not at the very least giving Mike the opportunity, pardon the pun, but you would be missing the boat on that decision. Many Thanks Mike!!!! I was grocery shopping in Port Clinton, saw this nice looking small town business and turned around to check it out. I received a prompt service call. The owner gave an honest response personally inspection /tear down the appliance and discussed the repair costs without any attempts at upselling. After careful cost vs equipment age consideration, I decided to purchase a different appliance and visited the Frank showroom in Port Clinton. Nice stock and they can source pretty much anything else. I did take a bit of an upsell to a much nicer machine asimpressed with the quality of the appliance and the matching dryer. The negotiation process was seamless, and I was able to secure a competitive price. I still have them today. Since then, we have expanded our purchases to include a stove, refrigerator, freezer, garage refrigerator, dishwasher, and television. Each of these items was purchased with negotiation, to match or come close to the prices offered by large retailers. The delivery process is straightforward, as all appliances are set up, tested, and functioning properly by Frank Sales before they are delivered. In addition to our appliance purchases, we have also benefited from affordable repairs on some of our older appliances. One memorable experience involved a new stove with a different location plug that had to be moved. Frank Sales was able to diagnose the problem and reposition the plug / wiring within the drywall. If I did the bib box store drop, this would have been a task that would require another professional to come out to install due to my zero home repair expertise. The staff at Frank's Appliances are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and able to provide excellent recommendations. They understand my interest in technology and gadgets, which makes the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Can't wait to watch them close doors for good like abc warehouse. They sold us a washer and dryer set. The dryer works fine, but the wash machine has given issues since day one. We called them for their "service call". Where they sent their tech, who came and "fixed it" after doing just a factory reset claiming that it fixed all the issues . Day after, I attempted to wash a load with the same issues of it not running water in the soap drawer leaving bleach un-useable and fabric softners unuseable . Along with the faulty soap drawer, we have had issues , with the towels cycle, delicate cycle, and tub wash cycle. All giving us the same issues and giving us an error code. Which their old tech can't do anything to fix because obviously hasn't been schooled in this new technology with washers. They only have 1 tech , who is useless to the situation aside from blaming it on "the amount of soap put in", if thats really the case whats the point of the max line in which has never been poured above. So unless your okay buying something that may or may not work properly. Aswell as their "repair" service which is a complete scam which doesnt fix the problem. Make it your call to shop else where.

Arrived Friday and stayed all weekend! Such a warm and welcoming place! From our first contact with…read morePaige at the office to every encounter after this Marina and Yacht club has the nicest group of people! Tom and Val were right next to us and made sure we had everything we needed, even offered a vehicle if we needed something out of walking distant and Tom wasn't the only one to offer! Everything we needed, including a marina store, was within walking distance so we were all set! Kayaking and a putt putt place was close by so there was plenty to do and the Lagoons and beaches were beautiful. David and several other members invited us to planned and spontaneous events throughout the weekend! We always felt welcomed but never pressured to participate. The clubhouse was so comfortable and the bathrooms/showers were nicer then my home!!! 6 private bathrooms with showers and one without a shower all spotless throughout our stay with plenty of hot water!! Don't let the name fool you- sailboats are very welcomed here! We will definitely be back!
