I have done I've and surgeries etc, and never had any issues. She poked me twice on each arm. I told her it's not meant to be and I would like to leave. I didn't get the IV and was refunded. I didn't get anything comped/discounted for my discomfort or a sincere apology. The whole place seems out of it. I don't understand how a place that offers mainly IVs has a nurse who has trouble administering it. Two times .. ok.. but 4 times and a different arm... come on...
