Once I got back there, Dr. Yaghoubian came in and asked a few basic questions I had already filled out on intake forms over an hour earlier, gave me a gown, and disappeared for another 15 minutes. When she came back, she took one look at me from across the exam room and told me "you don't need a reduction, you just need a lift!" I was absolutely gobsmacked. She did not ask a single question about why I wanted a reduction, or about any of the symptoms I deal with daily. She said she did not think she would be able to remove enough tissue to meet insurance requirements without taking any measurements, photos, or even touching me. For context, I am a 36GG and that is more than enough tissue to meet the insurance requirements according to my PCP and two other plastic surgeons I have had consultations with. When I was very clearly caught off guard by this, she stood silently and offered no compassion or sympathy. I didn't want to assume it was money motivated, but upon seeing the nigh identical experience outlined in another young lady's Google review from last year I do think that was the case, as she would retain more money for an out of pocket cosmetic lift instead of an insurance covered, medically necessary reduction. The women running the front desk however were incredibly kind and helpful, and this negative review is no reflection on them! They deserve 5 stars, but I cannot recommend enough to avoid this surgeon.

My last three appointments, all booked more than a month in advance, have been rescheduled by the office. The reason given each time was that they had to close due to "building maintenance." While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, it's frustrating when it becomes a pattern. Most recently, an appointment that had already been rescheduled just two days prior, I received a message less than four hours before my new appointment saying they had to cancel once again because the scheduled nurse had an emergency. What made this especially disappointing was how the office handled it. Their cancellation policy states that clients who cancel or modify an appointment within 48 hours are charged a $50 fee. Given that my appointment was canceled by the office well within that same 48 hour window, after already having three appointments disrupted, I asked whether they would extend a comparable courtesy or credit. Instead, they offered just 10% off, which amounted to only $7 on my scheduled services. The issue isn't that emergencies happen, those are understandable. It's the lack of consistency and accountability. If clients are expected to honor a strict cancellation policy, the business should hold itself to a similar standard when repeated last-minute cancellations significantly inconvenience its customers. Unfortunately, the repeated rescheduling, last-minute cancellations, and minimal effort to make things right have left me with little confidence in booking here again.

She is highly knowledgeable, well trained with the device, and takes a thoughtful, conservative approach that made me feel safe and informed every step of the way. She is also incredibly patient and more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I've now had two Morpheus8 treatments with her and have been loving the results! I still look like me, just more sculpted and refreshed. One of the things I appreciate most about Kristina is how authentic and honest she is. I was considering lip filler, and instead of upselling me, she told me she genuinely didn't think I needed it and that she thought my lips were already beautiful. That meant a lot to me and only deepened my trust in her. Many providers might have taken the easy sale, but Kristina truly seems to care about what is best for each patient rather than simply selling treatments. They were attentive, professional and extremely personal, which is what I needed at that moment. Doctor Hekmatjah and Ms Leslie took such great care of me at a time when I needed care and guidance. I am not going to tell you that I will be making up reasons to go back, but if I do have a reason to go back, I will. I don't know if there's a learning disability going on.....I'm of course not a doctor. But Something was up. I had to give her 3 words at a time regarding my past health history and even then, she could barely do it and type it. I don't think she was a good fit for this type of job. THEN the front desk person named Asia was screwing up as well. I gave her the name and other info for my pharmacy and supposedly she typed it in from what I saw. I work during the day and I left messages on their prescription voicemail to put through my medication to my pharmacy AS WELL. They kept calling back through caller ID and seeing my phone number instead of checking their voicemail messages to see why the patient was calling. Just really unprofessional! It went back and forth like this and they never sent my prescription to the pharmacy during this period of time. This went on for 8 days. Really crazy making and so unprofessional. I called today to speak to the manager. I spoke to Asia, the front desk person first. She told me that the assistant to the dermatologist was supposed to give me a pamphlet that says that it goes through their Pharmacy that they're connected with. Well why didn't Asia tell me that in the first place when she was taking my Pharmacy information and why didn't the assistant give me the pamphlet? And when I gave Asia the front desk person the information of my Pharmacy why didn't she tell me the prescription goes to their pharmacy?????? Why are people like this? What happened to great customer service? I did make a complaint to the manager. So I got that out of the way. I'm never going back there. It's just too disorganized.

I came here for a basic facial and loved the place so much that now I've done laser hair removal. Patty, Jackie and Hilary are just amazing! They answered all my questions. Most places I've been they try to sell you upgrades or treatment that you might or might not need. Well you don't get that here. This place is clean and most of all in this time safe. They make you feel extremely comfortable while definitely providing a Beverly Hills experience.
