Came here yesterday and there was a nurse (Asian for reference since I don't remember her name). She was friendly however unqualified to put the needle in my arm. I have done I've and surgeries etc, and never had any issues. She poked me twice on each arm. I told her it's not meant to be and I would like to leave. I didn't get the IV and was refunded. I didn't get anything comped/discounted for my discomfort or a sincere apology. The whole place seems out of it. I don't understand how a place that offers mainly IVs has a nurse who has trouble administering it. Two times .. ok.. but 4 times and a different arm... come on... read more

If I could give a ZERO star review, I would. I saw Dr. Shah on Channel 5 news and was very interested and excited to try this "wellness center". They offered a free session with the near/far red light sauna to 100 people. I "won" (but not really). First, the news station must not have known the 'winners' would only be able to schedule for a limited time. I literally JUST had brain surgery last week. Today my primary physician said I can't do it for six weeks. I could have complications. I called to reschedule my appointment two weeks later and was told that management declined. The offer was only for a specified time. I guess there is a time limit on wellness. It's VERY off-putting to hear a physician talk about how wonderful the care is at his business and how these treatments are so helpful to individuals yet they could not change the appointment. I had BRAIN surgery, people!! Have a HEART. True colors always show up is what I believe. read more

I recently visited Next Health Century City for Botox while shopping at the mall. Normally I travel to Orange County to see my trusted provider that I've been going to for years, but since this location is close to home I thought I would give it a try and see if I could find a good local option. From the beginning I was a little hesitant about trying a new place. The provider I originally wanted to see was on vacation, so the front desk recommended I meet with Albina Filatoff for a consultation instead. I explained my concerns and mentioned that it was my first time visiting the clinic. During the consultation, I was quoted $580 for 50 units of Botox, which I agreed to. After the injections were completed, I was encouraged to sign up for their app. When it was time to check out, however, I was told the total was $880. When I asked about the difference, I was told that the original quote was a mistake. After some discussion, she said she would just charge me the originally quoted $580. Unfortunately, the entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable and uncertain about the pricing. It honestly felt more like negotiating a used car than receiving a medical aesthetic service. Transparency and trust are really important when it comes to treatments like Botox, and this experience didn't give me that confidence. At this point, I'm hoping the treatment itself turns out well and that the results come out good. That said, this experience reminded me why it's often best to stay with providers you trust. I haven't been to Next Health since the start of 2020, but figured I was finally due for a cryotherapy session, especially on the first hot day of the year (90 degrees in the start of April). Earlier this year, I had come by to see if my membership was still active (it was) and if I was able to use this between here and my original location in West Hollywood. Thankfully it's all connected so I'm able to seamlessly go from one to the other. I happened to be over in Century City today, so I wanted to check out their cryotherapy chamber. The two at the desk greeted me right away, and I confirmed my name and birthdate. I wasn't sure if cryotherapy would be available since it was so hot out, but they had an immediate opening so I jumped at the chance. I went to go sit down and wait as everything was being set up, but I hadn't been sitting for more than a few seconds when I was notified everything was ready. As soon as I stepped into the chamber, I felt comfortable. I had my specific tune playing and the next three minutes and thirty seconds went by quickly. I always wonder if people step out way before the time limit but quite frankly, I enjoy the chilled solitude. I felt this space was larger than the one in West Hollywood, but I'm not sure. Felt refreshed for the next couple of hours before I crashed. However, the feeling that sustained was how good it felt to be back. read more

Ever since my visit on Sunday, November 10, 2024, I haven't been able to fully utilize my left hand. The reason for this is because the nurse on site during my visit improperly placed the needle for my iv vitamin drip. This causes bruising, bleeding, numbness in my left hand fingertips and extreme pain in my left arm. I could not extend my left arm fully until today and my grip is still not normal. It's affected my day to day regimen. My left hand hurts and I have a big bruise on my left arm. Also, I nearly threw up, felt lightheaded amongst other issues during my iv visit and had low blood pressure after this experience and had to visit urgent care. The doctor at UCLA medical told me to cancel my membership and not do Iv vitamin drip anymore recreationally. read more

First time I came to this place for my appointment, got refused service because I was with my 4lbs yorkie service/emotional support animal. Lady at the front first offered me to fill out the form and then suggested me leaving my precious dog/friend in the car all alone. I never left my dog unattended or in the car ever! I got really mad and told her that I take her everywhere including medical places, I go to my regular physician with my dog and etc. So real doctor is fine with me coming with a dog and this pop up shop in a mall is not. This place lost my business and I am influencer, I will make sure to inform the public that place is a dog Nazi. Can't stand places that discriminate four legged friends. read more

I've always passed by this location walking around the mall wondering what's going on in there and yesterday I was finally able to check it out. EVERYBODY at this location is so warm and welcoming and as someone not a huge fan of needles, they made me extremely comfortable with my visit even though I was receiving needles. I opted for IV Therapy (Longevity), a Vitamin Shot (Limitless), and a 3 minute session of cryotherapy. I love that everyone was able to give me recommendations and also reassure me that I made great choices based on my needs. The seats were comfy for the IV lounge room and it was relaxing! The vitamin shot was extremely quick and basically painless. For the cryotherapy, they had a set up of everything you needed to put on to get prepped for the experience. They have a tripod set up (outside the chamber) so you can record while you're in cryotherapy! I was not rushed for the entire visit, which was nice because I was definitely taking my time, and getting content for fun. Also, I woke up today feeling great! I've been in a lot of pain and had some stress so this was exactly what I needed. Amazing experience and I will 100% be back (and dragging my sister along)! read more

This review is related to the amazing phlebotomist who did my blood draw named Patricia. I told her I was nervous and she immediately put me at ease. And then she employed a breathing technique such that I never felt the needle go in! I am extremely afraid of getting my blood drawn. I went 10 years without doing it. Patricia had it all done in maybe 90 seconds. She was also very friendly and professional. I never want to have an iv or blood draw by anyone else. Please do whatever you can to keep her. I will keep coming so long as she is there. I had my blood drawn by different phlebotomist and it was a terrible experience that took 4 different pokes and nearly 20 mins. Taking blood is and pacing IV is skill and this woman is just absolutely amazing. I am just so impressed. Patricia is amazing !! read more
