Beverly Hills is the same LaserAway office that sold me years ago on tons…read moreof "no expiration" packages to beat inflation etc., then later criticized me for not using my packages more timely and tried to rip me off, claiming I had nothing left in my account, and on top of that disrespectfully wasting my time by not providing me advance notice that my appointment had been canceled by them--- just a couple hours prior to the time of my appointment when I had already left for the day and was on my way; ironic, since they require 24 hrs advance notice from a client to cancel an appointment without penalty. I then sat around in the waiting room while Giau said she would look into it, only to then be told after waiting another half-hour that I wouldn't be able to be seen or have my issue looked into. Rather than take responsibility for their disorganization and unknowledeable personnel, they just point the finger from one employee to the next and send the client on a wild goose chase with no end. The manager TK claimed he would help me with my account and had scheduled me for that appointment, but later was evasive and refused to help get to the bottom of their errors, saying I would get a call back later in the day, but never calling back, then saying Giau was working on my case and would contact me that afternoon (that never happened). I was told other times by staff that Giau would call me right back the same day or the next day, only to find out later that she was on vacation for the whole week; how is it that their staff does not know when each other is on leave!? Turns out after much back and forth that they had to admit to having erroneously closed my account and had proof in their system the entire time that I had multiple services remaining, but instead of owning up to the gross error, tried to put the blame on me for not having finished the package sooner despite their "no expiration" policy. Seems the policy is just a false promise and ruse to get one to buy more, for since then I have read similar reports from other clients of their accounts being closed and being denied prepaid services because of errors committed by LaserAway.

And stated that the advice of my General Doctors is just his basic opinion. For a business providing medical or wellness-related treatments, that kind of response is unacceptable.I would not recommend this spa to anyone seeking responsible care, proper follow up, or basic professionalism when something goes wrong.

I am beyond amazed every time I come to Blush! The treatments are exquisite, the beauticians are always ready to conquer your beauty goals, and the environment is so welcoming/clean (plus they've got best coffee). I feel like I'm walking into a 5 star spa each time I go in for a visit. I had been going through what felt like a never ending battle with acne. Dealing with constant peeling, red bumps, and scarring on my cheeks that left me utterly depressed, anxious, and shy; I never wanted to leave the house. Honestly, after going through almost every skin care remedy (including antibiotics and topical medication), I finally lost hope... Until a friend had recommended I go to Blush. He said that's where he gets his tattoo removal done and he hears that they have excellent treatments for skin care. I hopped online and found that they indeed have so many options to help the skin! Whether it comes to anti-aging, brightening, or blemishes, Blush would have me covered. I'll be the first to say, that they really do. Now after doing only two Diamond Tip Facials, my skin is already on its way to perfection because my bumps are gone, the peeling/dry skin is definitely gone, and I just have a few scars remaining on my cheeks which I know after another treatment or two will be completely clear! Truly obsessed with BLUSH! I did the Red Carpet Ready treatment with Mariana Vergara and Damaris Vidal and the results were fantastic. It was the red light laser with an IV drip and light therapy at the end. My skin is glowing and I feel so good. I was traveling prior so I was feeling a little rundown and my skin was dry. The treatment made me feel energized and look (and feel) so good! I can't wait to have it again before my next event (but probably next month just because ). I also had Botox done by Nour Ennabe. She did my forehead wrinkles, 11 lines, bunny lines, and crow's feet. I like Nour because she understands the anatomy of the face and knows I don't want to look frozen and crazy. As someone who has never had any filler before, I was completely happy with my lip fillers I got at Privet Aesthetics. Damaris, made sure I was completely comfortable so I wouldn't feel any pain. She took time to listen to what I wanted. I didn't want to look over filled or ducky. I wanted subtle natural volume and to extenuate the cupid's bow. She went through the types of fillers we could use to achieve the look that I wanted and settled on Vollure. After the procedure I didn't notice any bruising. I just got a facial done at this office and I am in LOVE with my skin. For about a month my skin has just felt so dirty no matter how much I washed or exfoliated. I got the microdermabrasion with dermal infusion here and it truly transformed the texture and glow of my skin. I had one issue, stubborn spot and pigmentation treatment. Mentioned it about 50 times in the waiting room. Gave me CO2 instead all over my face-- wrong treatment, no consent, for supposed "texture" that I don't have, with zero wrinkles and acne scars, leaving damage on my skin soon before an important event. I only asked for light CO2 for dark spots - that was it. Seems like the provider doesn't have working ears? During the appointment: comments about my lashes, weird comments about my age (I'm on the younger side), blamed my spots on hormones (never had issues with hormones before), couldn't answer what percentage of dark spots would improve. They waived the fee and gave me free products only after I escalated. Too little, too late. Threw a whole wrench into my schedule - awful results. Blamed it on "misunderstanding". If I ask for something 50 times, how is it a misunderstanding? Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I emphasized how busy I was and how little time I had. Zero competence and zero intelligence. Probably one of the dumbest clinics that I've ever gone to. It takes a lot to get strong of language out of me, so you can imagine how awful their treatment was. Everything that they handled from the beginning to the end, whether it was the consultation, whether it was the actual treatment, whether it was the incompetent awful provider or whether it was even the management that was incredibly condescending. Just horrible. Final text message asking me if I had "calmed down". You gave me a treatment I didn't need, on a setting I didn't ask for, ignored me in the room multiple times when I mentioned what I came in here for, then tried to deflect the blame on me -- marked with definite jealousy, condescension, and arrogance. Save your money and go somewhere else as there are so many better spots available in the area. One star. Factual. Done.

Sadiyah was my injector and she was also soo incredibly sweet. Shes so beautiful and I really like that she talked with me about my treatments again before we did anything. She's a bit of a perfectionist which is exactly who you want injecting your face. I was honestly shocked and may have realized in that office that I have slight trauma from other places. As a medical student who is looking to go into aesthetic medicine myself, I am extremely picky when it comes to choosing a provider that I truly trust. Her skill, precision, and honesty are unmatched, and the level of empathy and care that she's able to maintain throughout every single appointment is something that cannot be replicated! Recently, after seeing Angella for my initial follow-up dose of Dsyport, I ended up getting a touch-up with a Dermatologist in Norcal because I did not have time to come back down to LA within the time frame that I needed to. For context, my masseters are just extremely strong and sometimes require more units than expected, since it depends on how much teeth grinding I do both at night and throughout the day, all of which is heavily influenced by how stressed I am from school and work. This is unfortunately something that I wish I had never done because the Dermatologist's approach was not compatible with the goals that I had communicated to them, leaving me with my left masseters looking larger than the right as well as my face looking rounder because of where they injected the Dysport. Waiting a couple of months for this second round of Dysport to wear off was extremely frustrating and interfered significantly with my understanding of my image. When I saw Angella again after 4 months, she was able to notice the imbalance in my face immediately and explained the exact technique she was going to use to address the issue in a way that aligned directly with my goals, which she remembered. I walked away from this appointment feeling so grateful for her and so excited to be reunited, and also so sure that I would never let anyone else touch my face out of convenience ever again. Nurse Angella made me feel instantly comfortable and I knew I could trust her from the consultation. She pointed out what I had in mind to accentuate my features even before I said it. I couldn't imagine going elsewhere for upkeep. The numbing is strong asf & she made the process as comfy as possible!
