If I could give Dr. Kim six stars, I absolutely would…read more I spent about two years consulting with different surgeons, and Dr. Kim was the only one I returned to for a second consultation. No matter who else I met with, I kept coming back to his work. Since I was living in Los Angeles, his pricing was very much in line with other surgeons in the area, I'm currently about eight weeks post-op. While my final results are still developing, I can confidently say that through every stage of healing so far, my results have been exactly what I envisioned. I was initially very nervous about undergoing surgery, especially since this was my first major procedure and I wasn't unhappy with my natural size (starting at a full B cup). However, I have absolutely no regrets--if anything, I would make the same decision again without hesitation. I'm already hoping that when the time comes years from now to replace my implants, Dr. Kim is still practicing in Beverly Hills, because I truly wouldn't consider going anywhere else. One of the key reasons I chose him was that he was one of the few surgeons willing to perform the procedure through an armpit incision, which was a non negotiable for me On the day of surgery, I did feel quite anxious, but his pre opt team was incredible, I first met the pre-op nurse that had such a warm, calming presence--she was incredibly reassuring and made me feel genuinely cared for. She explained how experienced Dr. Kim is, how easy of a surgery this is and how I'd just be taking a short nap and wake up with my dream body! Shortly after meeting this amazing woman, I had another wonderful experience with the anesthesiologist as well, who took the time to walk me through everything and reassure me. He emphasized that he would be monitoring me the entire time, fully present and attentive, which gave me a deep sense of comfort and safety. That I greatly appreciated due to the fact of being EXTREMELY nervous that morning Before the procedure, Dr. Kim came in, carefully marked everything, and made sure we were completely aligned on my goals. I felt very confident in his hands. From my hours of research on breast augmentations I had heard that results can look concerning in the first few days post-op, so I was hesitant to look at my results right away, but even on just day 3 or 4, when I was able to shower, I was honestly AMAZED. Even that early on, I loved how they looked. Since then, they've only continued to improve. Each week they look & feel more natural. The results have continued to exceed my expectations. I can not even count how many compliments I've received on his work so far As someone who excessively reads reviews before making big investments or financial decisions, I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering Dr. Kim. While I can only speak for myself, I can say that I am extremely happy with my results and just my overall experience. No pain. Very precise instructions, procedure, and results. I actually saw his office's advertisement online and tried to get the same treatment through my regular provider first, but had no luck. They wanted to sell me on months of alternative treatment that I didn't think would be better than what I could manage with a neti pot. But Dr. Nima listened. I actually had a real conversation about my symptoms. He took one look, confirmed I could benefit from the procedure, and in no time I had an appointment. This whole experience really showed me how healthcare under HMO is simply managed dying, but with PPO you can cut through all the BS to actual treatment. I learned that lesson first with Western Dental--went with the default cheap HMO option and learned the hard way when I'd be waiting up to an hour for my scheduled appointment while they'd charge me for being late and expect me to be there early. So I switched to PPO and saw my former dentist who's quick, in and out with major surgery in 2 hours tops. Here's the thing: in-network treats everything like HMO price-managed plans, but PPO gives you out-of-network exposure which comes with more leeway to cut through those management procedures. For the septoplasty, I had to see a mixture of doctors before I finally got to my end result--VA (initial CT scan), in-network (only wanted to sell me a 6-month treatment plan first that wouldn't be better than homeopathy nor permanent), and finally out-of-network. It wasn't until out-of-network that I found someone willing to cut to the chase and deliver real results. Thank you again Dr. Nima. Rather than trying to profit by managing patients' symptoms, you offer something far more intrinsically valuable by solving them.

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love Dr. Schwartz and his amazing staff specifically Maggie! She is absolutely amazing. I am a nurse and the level of care I received is above and beyond. I have lost about 100lbs overall, and have had 2 c-sections. I work out and eat healthy, but I had this apron of skin hanging. I have never been thin until the last couple years I guess. I have been following Dr. Schwartz for a few years now on social media along with a few other drs I had in mind. He was my first and only consult I went to! I felt completely at home in his office, his bedside manner is amazing, and he doesn't push you into other procedures, or make you feel any less then. I knew he was the 1 from the get go. Post surgery was a struggle to be honest. I had more swelling then I had anticipated, but Dr. Schwartz and Maggie assured me it was just swelling. Maggie adjusted my compression, and within a week it's like I'm a whole different person! Again, Maggie is amazing! Celina suggested that we could try a luminary hard gel overlay on my natural nails for long-lasting strength (~1 month) and nail growth without the need for gel-x/tips. No other nail technician had ever mentioned this as an option, and I am so happy with how it turned out! As someone who always had extensions, I've never seen my natural nails look so good in my life! Not only do they look great, but they also feel so strong, and I don't have to worry about them breaking. My review is just an email that I sent my family related to my experience on 5-7-13. Sarah is 2 and 1/2 and my wife is Karen. Sarah had 7 stiches performed by a plastic surgeon named David S. Rosenberg who came recommend by another plastic surgeon name Andrew Cohen who is clinical chief of plastic surgery at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. My dad says I don't listen but over the years I have heard him say if you need stiches have them put in by a plastic surgeon. We will keep the cut covered and out of the sun and use a special cream called TNS recovery complex which will maybe help prevent any scar. Dr. Rosenberg graduated from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore and is board certified in Plastic Surgery with 9 years of experience. Sarah was a great patient and since she is so cute it seems that everybody takes special care of her. Dr. Rosenberg did a great job and hopefully his work will never be seen. I was in the backyard working with my gardener for a few hours. Sarah had been outside with me and should not be surprised to see me but was inside the house. For some reason she was excited and ran towards the backyard and fell and hit the side of a monitor and cut her head. Karen stopped the bleeding and I took a picture for feedback. (3) Doctors viewed the picture before any work was done on Sarah. I dropped the gardener off while Karen prepared to go to the hospital. Before leaving for the hospital I checked with my neighbor if he knew a plastic surgeon at Cedars Sinai. He texted me (2) names and I called the first name. After telling his office I was a patient he called me back while attending a game at UCLA with his family. My big concern was I wanted to have a plastic surgeon put in the stiches. He told me regardless of insurance that Cedars Sinai always has plastic surgeon on call and I could have plastic surgeon put in the stiches. It was a great experience at Cedars and since Sarah was born their they had all her information and received the best possible care because she was born there or because Dr. Andrew Cohen called ahead. Either way knowing a plastic surgeon was performing the work was the most important thing to me. Text messages: 7:03 Received names of Doctor's from Cedars from neighbor. 8:43 Sent Dr. Cohen picture of Sarah saying we are waiting to see Dr. 8:44 Sent Dr. Cohen "Dr. Rosenberg on call" 8:46 Dr. Cohen says " Excellent. He will do a great job." 8:51 Dr. Cohen says " He is there now." 8:53 Dr. Cohen says " Happy to see your little one in my office if need be but I am sure it will heal fine. Looks like it needs a few stitches It was great that he had the ability to see a real time picture of Sara 8:55 Since Dr. Cohen was with his family I had offered ice cream since he called me while he was off. I wrote "Ice cream store is waiting for you to come now thanks for your help. 8:55 Dr. Cohen says " I picked some up and left a nice tip! Thank you! Kids eating it now! ." Having Dr. Cohen stop by my store with his kids was very rewarding. I knew he was at a UCLA game near my store but to take the time to connect with me by going to my store was very important to me. I had called him while he was with his kids and he responded by taking care of my kid. Dr. Rosenberg was great and will follow up with his office to get the cream he told me to buy. Knowing that Dr. Rosenberg was in contact with Dr. Cohen was great. A recommendation from a neighbor is important but a recommendation from another Doctor about your Doctor is even better. I recently had a procedure at Rosenberg Plastic Surgery, and while I'm still in the healing process and awaiting my final results, I can't say enough great things about my experience! I'm confident that in just a few more weeks, I'll have the results I've always wanted. From start to finish, the entire team at Rosenberg made me feel incredibly comfortable and well cared for. After 16 surgeries and attempts to find resolution to my nerve pain on 3 continents and in about 6 countries Dr. Rosenberg simply said I can help you. He didn't make a grand promise of 100% success like others and it was that candor that helped me pick him for the 17th and last surgery to fix the nerve damage and resultant chronic pain from surgeries 1-3 that were presumably to fix my injury. And approach that yield a successful outcome, finally. Dr. Rosenberg is always available to talk, answer questions and to see him in person is like a burst of Spring when you are feeling lousy. When you are feeling great, it is even better because you know he has been on your team and he is the reason I have been feeling great since he operated and replanted some peripheral nerves in my groin on 9/19/12. He is on our insurance and was not one to order unnecessary procedures and tests unless it was relevant to the work he is doing. Off the cuff as I was telling Dr. Rosenberg how good I felt, I asked how he was at scar revisions. In 4 visits, and about 10 minutes total treatment time, he made a hideous scar on my hand and wrist barely noticeable with a laser tool. The scar was a leftover from another well known BH plastic surgeon who was pissed that he could get an infected hand numb and literally took it out on me resulting in a botched healing and scar tissue build-up. If you want caring, comfort and competence I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rosenberg. Otherwise, good luck. read more

I have been going to Dr. Rosenberg for just over six months and I can honestly say that I am thrilled with the results he has given me. I am in my mid-thirties and having spent an absolutely ridiculous amount of my youth in the sun, I was starting to pay the price via extreme crow's feet and forehead lines that belonged on someone much older than me. With a very carefully customized regimen of Botox and laser treatments, I look noticeably younger, but more importantly feel like my old self again. Dr. Rosenberg is an excellent listener and really internalizes what specific things the PATIENT wants, and then explains in very easy to understand terms, what and how he thinks is the best course of action to address them. His attention to detail is second to none, which is probably the best character trait I could ask for in someone who is going to be working on my face. Despite this laser-like focus, he is also extremely personable and manages to make the patient's experience very relaxing and enjoyable. Last but certainly not least, he makes it his very top priority to make sure that all of his procedures give the patient a completely "natural look", as opposed to the "overdone" look that is all too common in Los Angeles. A few years back, I broke my nose and was dealing with breathing issues ever since. I had to travel with Afrin everywhere I went, otherwise I was forced to be a mouth-breather. Dr Rosenberg helped me realize that a simple septoplasty would fix my septum, realign my cartilage, and allow to breathe again. It's been 5 weeks now, and it's truly a made a world of difference. First things first I have to say how wonderful the staff and front desk people are! They've always been friendly every time I've had an appointment and are easily accommodating if I have to change mine. I first went in for botox, and ended up getting Juviderm filler too while I was in the chair. Had no bruising after (which has happened to me at other med-spas) and barely felt any pain during. His staff are really skilled at what they do! And when it comes to injections and filler, the better skilled someone is the more natural results. And I loved mine! I loved it so much, I'm even now in the process of doing PRP, which Dr Rosenberg is administering himself, which will help with my balding. And unlike Propecia, this has no side effects. Obsessed with my results from Dr. Rosenberg. I had seen so many plastic surgeons in both Beverly Hills and Orange County before I decided to go with him and it was the best decision I've ever made for myself. I had liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts and he gave me the results I was looking for. I'm a year post-op and couldn't be happier! Dr. Rosenberg is does an absolutely amazing job at making you feel comfortable and at ease at his office. His assistants Richie and Jorge are extremely friendly, welcoming, and an overall delight. I was in to receive PRP (Platelette Rich Plasma) treatment for hair regrowth; this basically meant dozens of scalp injections. But Dr. Rosenberg numbed me to perfection and the discomfort was completely minimal. My treamtment even came with with "stress boob," a silicone implant I could squeeze in case of pain, and a head rub once the procedure was complete. I broke my left foot a couple of years ago and it lead into Peripheral nerve damage at the top of my leg next to my knee from the cast. However, the front desk and overall communication system need serious improvement. From the beginning, interactions felt very minimal and disengaged, not necessarily rude, but not welcoming or particularly helpful. It feels like asking even basic questions is a burden. Also, there has been a consistent lack of follow-through. I called multiple times over the course of a few weeks to get clarification on a product recommendation from my doctor, and although I was told each time that they would check and get back to me, I never received a response. There are also some operational issues that make things more frustrating than they need to be. The website is not up to date with all of the services offered, so you have to call to get basic information, which is discouraging when responses are typically low effort, short, and dismissive. They expect you to call knowing exactly what you want. It feels very transactional. Any question you ask feels like too much, and it does not feel like a space where follow-up questions are welcomed. There is no easy way to cancel appointments online, and when I used their messaging system to cancel, I did not receive any confirmation and had to call later just to make sure it was actually canceled. I would still recommend the providers themselves, but I hope the office improves its communication, follow-through, and systems because it really impacts the overall patient experience.

But the staff at Cassileth and Dr Killeen were truly wonderful and made the journey much better than I imagined. Dr Killeen did my breast reconstruction and I am very pleased with the results. For me a DTI mastectomy made sense. It's not every woman's choice. I was very nervous about every aspect of surgery. I don't know if I'm the only woman but the plastics portion of breast cancer is a bit of an afterthought when you are worried about cancer. I would be asked questions about my new breasts and I was like a deer in headlights. All I knew was that I wanted what I had. I had no idea how to answer their questions. I did not go in for an augmentation. I never thought of this scenario and lacked all imagination in the moment. It was overwhelming because all I could think about was my pathology post- surgery. Dr Killeen and her team are experienced and seemed to know what I was going through and how I was feeling. She listened to what I could muster up and she delivered. Funny the morning of surgery really stands out. She just walked in talking to me like it was a normal day. It was for her. This is what she does and I can't thank her enough. The results- because after it's all over-- we are left changed in many ways. In some ways you can't see the differences and some you can see. I am unsure how, but my new breasts look almost exactly like what I had. And that's not easy. You don't always get a say in breast reconstruction. I am very grateful for the final result. I am deeply grateful the team listened and were so kind and supportive through the whole process. I highly recommend Dr Killeen. Her work speaks for itself and the office has plenty of before and after to show you. I would say that is very important obviously-- but additionally, the whole team bring so much more to the table. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Dr. Kiripolsky was friendly and confident in the treatment plan, which included CO2 laser for enlarged pores and a small scar. However, before starting, I was required to purchase prep products from her office without being given an itemized receipt. I had to request one by email, and when I received it, I was shocked to find the consultation fee listed as a "new patient remaining balance" instead of being credited toward treatment as promised. Even more concerning was a $200 charge for Tretinoin 0.1%--a medication that usually costs about $6 with insurance. Most doctors would encourage patients to get it covered by insurance. When I raised these issues, Dr. Kiripolsky offered no meaningful explanation or resolution. Nonetheless, with limited vacation days and time being valuable, I moved forward. At her suggestion, I added CO2 laser around the eyes and completed two rounds of treatment over 10 months. The first session was so painful I teared up during the procedure. Strangely, the second was almost painless, which left me questioning the consistency and quality of care. In total, I spent nearly $7,000 on treatments and products with below-average results. Just to warn you, Dr. Kiripolsky's procedures are quite expensive. For the CO2 treatment, Dr. Kiripolsky charges $1,800 for the nose and $3,500 for the eyes. She personally called me from her home (I could hear her baby crying) to persuade me to add the eye treatment, which I hadn't initially planned to do. When I told her I wasn't willing to pay $3,500, she reduced the price to $2,500, and I agreed. However, on the day of the procedure, she made a snide comment about giving me a discount, which felt unprofessional. This experience left me feeling misled, overcharged, and extremely disappointed. I would strongly caution others before committing to care here. MY RESPONSE TO DR. KIRIPOLSKY'S REPLY: I want to clarify a few points from my experience, as your reply unfortunately reinforces why I felt compelled to leave a review in the first place. First, regarding the $150 payment, the confusion stems from a lack of clear and proactive communication from your office. How do you explain the $150 listed as a "new patient remaining balance" if that's not a consultation fee? And how do you justify charging patients $200 for tretinoin? During my initial consultation, you clearly said my nose would only require 1 to 2 treatments. The narrative that multiple treatments would be necessary only came after you saw minimal results--10 months after the first procedure. What was initially discussed as a significant improvement from one treatment was later reframed as a "most likely" need for more, once results didn't meet expectations. Expectations were not clearly or consistently managed, and I relied on your guidance to make an informed decision. Regarding your comments on my scars, I respectfully find the phrasing inappropriate. Referring to them as "deep, self-inflicted wounds" in a public forum feels both unnecessary and unprofessional. It comes off as judgmental rather than supportive, especially for someone seeking help and healing. As for missed follow-ups, I have NEVER missed any so please be honest. In fact, your office often confused the schedule, and I had to rearrange mine just to come in. Regarding the skincare routine, I told you clearly that I followed the instructions to the tee. So please stop being dishonest. Lastly, I never expected overnight results and fully understood that healing would be a process--but I did expect compassionate care and clear, honest communication throughout. Calling my review unfair just because it doesn't reflect the image you want to present does not address the real concerns I experienced as your patient. My review reflects my experience. I hope this feedback helps improve how future patients are treated--not just clinically, but as whole people.

When my daughter suffered an accident that needed immediate care, Dr. Raffy opened his office for us on Saturday morning, spent over three hours redoing the sutures performed by the ER doctor, and later performed two reconstructive procedures that changed the trajectory of my daughter's recovery. He has made himself available for questions and follow-up almost around the clock and has proven to be a valued, trusted, and extremely gifted professional for whom we are extremely grateful.

He is literally the only person I will let touch my legs. A long time ago, before he was my doctor I had someone treat my veins and it left pigmentation. Other times the treatment from others just didn't work and cost me so much money and time. Dr Raffy is the only double board certified doctor in both vein medicine and plastic surgery in the country! I trust him completely and just love talking to him. I have a lot of allergies and dark skin, so I'm not the easiest person to treat. He makes me look and feel beautiful and puts all my fears at ease. His office is gorgeous and his staff is lovely. And there's plenty of free parking.
