Terry was visiting me for a tattoo appointment when he noticed that my portable AC unit kept shutting off. I'm his tattoo artist, so he definitely wasn't here to work, but that didn't stop him from taking the time to figure out what was going on. It turned out that I most likely had a bad breaker that needed to be replaced. I would have never figured that out myself. All I knew to do was keep resetting the breaker whenever the AC shut off. What impressed me most was that Terry didn't have to help at all. He was away from home, off the clock, and here for a completely different reason, but he still felt the need to help me diagnose the problem. That says a lot about how passionate and knowledgeable he is about his profession. His business may be in Florida, but apparently Terry is an electrician 24/7 no matter what state he's in. If that's the kind of care he shows when he's off the clock, I can only imagine the care he gives his customers. I would absolutely recommend Terry and T & T Electrical Service LLC.
