    We have some friends staying with us who lost their home in the California fires. We call them our fancy friends. The husband needed daily wear as he lost all his clothing and shoes. They are relocating to Arizona and he has to fly back and forth. He needed clothes ASAP! They were so kind and jumped through hoops to help him out. Coordinating slacks and shirts for many complimenting combinations. They are family owned and have great customer service. It was a great start getting him back on track with his wardrobe.

    Lilah made the process of getting a custom suit for my wedding incredibly easy. It was my first custom suit experience, and I am certain it will not be my last.

    Nicks menswear went above and beyond for my wedding. Ensuring all my guys looked and felt great. I know this a busy time of year - but they were up to the task. My out of town guest were suited properly, looked great , felt better when they got the suit on.

    I purchased a suit in Christmas from Nick's Arrowhead. At the time I was told if alteration is needed such as him the pants we will do it at no charge. Is that still the ongoing policy at the company?

Nonetheless, i was treated like an CEO of a fortune 100 company. These guys are honestly the best in town! So helpful, so polite and nice. They pieced together a nice suit "on a budget, my suit days are over, yet, they had their tailor fit it up while I waited. On top of that, they went out of their way to look up some stuff and find one of the pieces of my suit was on clearance. Saved me a ton!!! I was so impressed I went back on the same night to pick up some shoes I liked and a tie. Again, super helpful and found me a perfect tie, the manager said he saw it earlier and thought it would be perfect for rhe suit so he set it aside, not even knowing I was coming back. I used to exclusively shop this place a decade ago but have since been out of the "suits" so it has been a minute. This one trip reminded me of why I will always be brand loyal to them. Their quality is very good, their customer service is second to none! Random note, I am 6'6" 350lbs and wear a 13 wide shoe, not an easy fit, especially for a same day- walk away purchase. They literally had me fitted in a coat, pants tailored, shoes, and a nice tie for less than the average Costco trip! I wish I could tell you the name of them all but it was literally everyone in the store that helped me, so impressed!!! I may not be sporting suits anymore but I know I will be going back. Little thing I also found out, if you buy anything they tailor, they will press it for you for free, anytime. Literally some dude brought in a load of shirts and pants to be pressed out. IT IS FREE? Forever. That's just badass. If you read this review this far, wow! But if you are on the fence, just do it. Go in, see what they have, be honest with your budget, and see how much they will get you rolling. Just go

Guess she couldn't pawn us off on someone else - so came over. Did not listen to anything we requested and offered easy choices, for her - sizing suggestion was way off, and then blamed him for saying what she offered was uncomfortable! Clearly these folks don't work on commission. Loss of two suits sale tonight won't make an impact, but the lack of customer service eventually will. We won't be back, and will share with our friends beyond yelp.

    This experience started out very poorly but ended on a much better note…read more I purchased a dress from the juniors department less than 30 days ago for a wedding. The dress was never worn, and when I returned it within Dillard's return window, Gabriella, the Business Manager of Juniors, immediately took an accusatory tone and said the dress was "dirty," refusing a refund and offering only store credit. She pointed out the area she believed was dirty, but neither my husband nor I could see what she was referring to. When I explained the dress had never been worn and was in the same condition as when I bought it, she insisted it would not have been sold that way. She later confirmed she had been the one who sold it to me. I left feeling frustrated and wrongly accused. Thankfully, Cher, a Brand Manager, noticed we were upset and stepped in. After hearing what happened, she involved store manager Daryl, who apologized, reviewed the situation, and immediately gave a full refund back to my card. Without Cher stepping in, this likely would not have been resolved. We were ready to leave and never return. Instead, her compassion and Daryl's professionalism completely turned things around. Cher and Daryl are the reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 1. Thank you both for making things right.

I…read morecame in on a Friday without making an appointment, didn't realize they the associates in this department don't start till noon and it's 12:05 and no one is here???? What happened to Vince Lombardi Time? Teresa is out on leave so I'm trying to deal with another associate, she was not as thorough and confident as Teresa. The Department Manager was also in the area and did not have the authority to make some small alterations on a custom made article I purchased and love before the Holidays, told me she needed to run it up the ladder??? I was very fortunate to have the Manufacture Representative in the Department, we discussed my concerns and she was very professional and recommended I go see an alterations/tailor to get some professional advice, which I did and I believe we have found a solution. Thanks Jessica! Miss Teresa in this department, I still love the store but a little leery on some of their policies on custom made orders.

The time, care, and attention Arisa gave went far beyond what you would expect from a typical retail experience. She was not focused on simply selling products and moving on to the next customer. What I watched was someone who truly wanted to create an experience and make sure every want, expectation, and concern was heard. What stood out most was that it was not about finding the most products for my wife, but rather the right products. Arisa took the time to understand exactly what my wife was looking for and thoughtfully guided her toward a handful of items that truly fit her needs and style. From a male perspective, as someone who does not buy makeup but absolutely values great customer service, Arisa is exactly what you would hope for from a brand like MAC. She represents professionalism, patience, and genuine care for the customer experience. Macy's and MAC are lucky to have her at the Arrowhead location.
