I rode with them for 3 months and heard nothing but negative remarks about other technicians, owners, and office staff. Dan said he would put me in a van after 30 days, I should have got that in writing. Hes full of it. He doesn't have vans ready and doesn't have the authority to buy vans or make any decision about a company he says he owns/is buying. There is constant miscommunication between the techs and the office. There is no system in place for work orders or invoicing. They have no system for training or new hire paperwork.
