He insists he treats every patient like they are family, and we believe it. It's a several hour drive for us to any of the rothman locations but we feel it is well worth it. Our only complaint is the annoying kiosks you're required to sign in on for each visit. Which you then just rehash everything with the receptionist anyway. But that is the way most medical offices are today so LOL!

I was previously in a large group practice for primary care. You know, the type with 8 doctors, automated phone tree, large staff, part of a large hospital network, etc. Sounds great, right? Except no one knew anything about me any time I had a visit. The doctors often had their hands on the door when they asked, "Do you have any questions for me?" - I always felt rushed and never spent more than 3 minutes in contact with a provider. I was a number. When I walk into Dr. Corba's office, I'm greeted by name every time. Dr. Corba is always extremely responsive with any questions/concerns I have. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. And how many other Doctors provide their cell phone number to their patients? Recently, I had some questions about my son, who was not a patient at the time. At the end of a checkup with Dr. Corba, I mentioned something in passing. She talked me for 15 minutes about my questions and concerns for someone who was not even her patient. That's more time than his pediatrician spent with me talking about the same issues. She is always digging, always trying to find the root cause. While traveling, Dr. Corba has diagnosed/provided a treatment plan over the phone or worked with Doctors she knew in the area and set me up with a visit. On top of this, she provides most common prescriptions right in her office. No extra stops at the pharmacy. And it's CHEAP. Also, I consulted with two primary physicians who recently told me I should accept my limitations bcz this was probably the best mobility I would be able to achieve for the rest of my life. I have gone thru many rounds of PT, but my results have been a disappointment. I'm only 70-ish! By sheer luck, I met someone who recommended this chiropractor. Out of desperation I made an appointment as I had nothing but time & a little money to lose. My insurance covered everything. After 4 treatments in 2 weeks time, I am, much better. I must still use the walker for any distance but I am stronger & my stamina is measurably improved, & most importantly, I am pain-free!!! I called and canceled my appointments and you'd think they'd at least have the decency give me a call back and give me some insight? No. No one called and they just canceled all my appointments since I'd didn't get any calls about missing any lol. I was willing to give this practice the benefit of the doubt since I've had no experience with a chiropractor before, and just see how it would go. Honestly, it just seems like a lack of care. They adjust you in an open area where honestly anyone can watch when there's private rooms in the back that they could to it. It just felt like a waste of my time. Especially since the first appointment was xrays, watching a really old video by yourself in the room and "visual tests". There's literally no need for you to have to come in the NEXT day and get adjusted. There's absolutely no reason why they can't do it same day. This entire waste of time costed me $80 and I wish I would've went ANYWHERE else. So, if you want to be treated with a one on one experience I'd find a better practice.
