The woman was so harsh with the suctioning that she broke several capillaries. I started going here because of my persistent breakouts and I signed up for their VIP package that comes with 6 facials for 6 months. The microdermabrasion that comes with each session has allowed my skin to breathe and my breakouts are not as bad. Each facial session is relaxing just as a spa; with a facial, shoulder, and arm massage which is great. The estheticians I've had so far (Haifa and Ivy) are fantastic and great at what they do. I met with Cheryl for a consultation regarding pricing and a treatment plan, and had such a great experience. She was knowledgeable, professional and super sweet. I was trying to have treatment done at the time of my consultation, but she explained to me it wasn't in my best interest since I had removed some hair a few days prior with tweezers and she wanted my plan to be effective, which I truly appreciate her looking out for my best interest. After my first treatment, I have noticed such a significant difference in coarseness of the hair that was treated and cannot wait for my additional treatments. In addition to my laser hair removal, I showed interest in some skincare products they sell in the office. Luckily found this location on yelp and they got me in within 10 minutes of calling. All the people were super friendly and I am happy with the results. They do take brilliant distinctions but wouldn't let me use the money I had just earned on points for this visit. I have had two other places that have let me use the money the same day. read more

I came here a little over a week ago. It was my first time but I got a Groupon deal so I thought it was worth checking out. I read some reviews from people saying they didn't get their whole allotted time. I was afraid that would happen so I made sure to check the time I came in and the time I left. I got the early to sign some papers, then waited to be seen. I was seen about 20 min late but I got my full hour so I was ok with that. It was pretty easy to schedule the appt for a microdermabrasion. Front desk was really friendly on the phone and in person. The woman who worked on me was really nice and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I explained to her that it was my first time so she walked me through the process and answered the questions I had for her. When I initially went home, I didn't see any big difference in my face except that it felt super smooth. But a few days later I noticed that my skin was peeling off. .. And some of my acne scars were peeling off! I'm not sure if that's supposed to happen but I'm glad it did because my scars appear lighter now. On top of that, I didn't have any new pimples in my problem area for like a week! What can be improved? I wish she did a more thorough job when she did the extractions, wish I didn't have to wait 20min to get called in, and the head massage was not the greatest. These are a few of the reasons why I didn't give this place 5 stars. Other then that, I like this place! I cannot express how much love I have for this place. I came to see Nurse Nicole after about a year researching for an aesthetic nurse that specializes in natural-looking fillers/injectables. I'm glad I made the decision to see her! She was very personable and knowledgable and didnt pressure me whatsoever for treatments I didn't need. She answered every question and explained everything thoroughly for the consultation. My main concern I came to see her with was my depletion of the under eye volume that I'm starting to see ( I'm in my late 20s) and wanted to start preventative measures to age gracefully. She evened out my cheek bones because one was "falling" and from there restored the area below my eyes. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The volume replacement with restalyne lyft not only gave me back my youthful beautiful cheek bones but also slimmed out my jaw line and small lines around my mouth. So amazing. I used a Groupon today for a European facial. I paid $30 for it. Then when i got there and they were giving me the consult, they offered for me to add $50 to my appointment and get a mask. I declined because i don't have all this money laying around. So during my facial when the lady was doing my extractions, it got so painful i asked her to stop and move onto the next thing because i was so uncomfortable and in so much pain. Mind you, my acne isn't severe either. Her response was "okay well i need to finish to get it all." I was aching in pain the whole time. Then once she finished she offered me the mask and said i really needed it. Of course, i said yes but now thinking back, what mask is $50?? I feel like the made their money back from the groupon. I bought a Groupon for two microdermabrasion treatments at this place. Its located in a nice little office building with plenty of parking. I guess they cater to a lot of Filipinos because they name drop like I'm supposed to know who the hell they're talking about. Sorry, I don't care about Filipino celebrities, them getting treatments/services there doesn't make me want to buy products/services any more than usual. I could've done without that sale tactic. Even though my Groupon said two microdermabrasion treatments I ended up getting a microdermabrasion and a light chemical peel. I didn't mind that at all though, I was due for a chemical peel anyway. I had a different esthetician each time. Both were pleasant and knowledgeable and both treatments went well BUT the upselling of products/services that they provide throughout the entire 60-minute session was ridiculous. My first appointment went well, got out of there within an hour and 15, but the second appointment OMG, two and a half hours! 45 minutes of talking to me about products, then the 60-minute facial/peel, then another 45 minutes of talking about their products/services. The feeling is comparable to car shopping, and I HATE car shopping. The way they were pushing products/services I'm sure the girls get a percentage of the profits. I know they're just doing their jobs but damn...sometimes a girl just wants to get a facial without someone talking in her ear about why she needs to buy their products/services. I realize Groupon deals is a way for them to introduce their services to new customers but they are too aggressive with it. Even though I did like the treatments provided, I hesitate to return anytime soon because of their pushiness. read more

Just had a Pixel Perfect treatment on Saturday. So happy with the results. The downtime is about 4 days but follow all of the instructions.
