I was really trying to avoid writing a negative review, but I have given New Image Med Spa ample time (over two weeks) to make things right since contacting them, as well as sending pictures expressing how unhappy I was with the services provided. With that said, the owner did not even bother to call me to address my unhappiness with my botox and Juvaderm XC filler that she herself did. Last time I heard from their coordinator, she said that she has escalated this matter to their medical director and that was on 4/29/2025. It is now 5/8/2025 and after two more calls to the owner, she will not return my calls and apparently did not reach out the the medical director. She also had my Yelp review removed, so I will redo it and resubmit it. 4/12/25 - I got botox and filler because I had lines above my lips. I have had filler three times in the past (not always from them). I always get 1 syringe, which does the trick. Not this time. My lips have a weird shape and barely have filler on the top, and I still have lines above them. Also, the owner said with the extra (not sure why there would be extra) she would fill in my nasolabial lines. She made more wrinkles on the side of my mouth. It looks horrible. Also, my botox on my forehead is uneven and also looks horrible. I have never experienced this before. When I called I asked if I could see someone else (other than the owner) who could fix what she did. They told me no, that I would need to see her. Why would I want to go back to her, when I don't like her work? No thank you. I spent $775.00 (It would have been 825.00, but I got a discount from Alle) This is a lot of money and she didn't even care to make it better. I guess she thinks that she has enough business and doesn't care about people and their money. I guess she also doesn't care about her reputation. I went to her once before and I am not sure what happened to her and her lack of empathy for people who are just trying do something good for themselves. Now I have more lines on the side above my lips that weren't there, and my face just looks so bad. read more

I can't recommend New Image enough. It's definitely my favorite doors to walk in. Everyone at the front desk is so happy and always very welcoming. Noralyne obviously is amazing at what she does and takes the time to explain everything in detail without making you feel like she's rushing you out. I love her!! Also Leanna is a genius at what she does. Shes so educated and sweet at the same time. Although micro needling is so extremely painful, she gets me through it and wanting to come back sooner everytime. Only she is allowed to touch my face when it comes to that....:) They truly get to know you and your needs and make sure they focus on what needs a little extra time. I've been coming here for almost two years but unfortunately the girl who did my dysport is no longer there. Since I had already purchased a years worth of dysport through a promotion they were having, I decided to try someone new. It was my first time with Leanna and she was late. After a waiting close to 15 minutes I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She went to go check for me and Leanna came over 5 minutes later clearly upset that I'd asked about the wait. Doesn't introduce herself, doesn't apologize for the wait. Instead condescendingly asks me if "I'm okay" or "in a hurry". I told her no, our appointment was at 3, which she replies with "I'm only 15 minutes late"...which wasn't true, it was 20 minutes late. I left after this without getting the service done. I asked for the owner to call me, it has been over a month and still waiting... Definitely would not recommend this place just for lack of customer service. read more

I've seen multiple staff members here, and they're all wonderful, but Leanna is my go-to. TLDR: *BAD BOTOX AND LAME CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE* Firstly, I chose this facility based off the raving reviews and also referrals from people in my community. I live almost an hour away so choosing to come here was not a decision I made easily. The fact that I drove out of my way only adds to the disappointment of not getting the results/customer service I was expecting. When I made the appointment I made it clear to the staff that I did not know how many units I would need but I was reassured that I would have that conversation with the nurse (or whomever) and they would let me know what I needed based off a consultation. So I arrive and I'm told I will be with Sophia. Sophia asks me what I was in for, asks me to raise my eyebrows and frown my brows one time and then simply says that it would require 35 units. Doesn't explain anything further, just says it'll be $350 for what you want, basically. She was sitting across from me during this chat and didn't approach me to get a closer look or ask any other questions. I did not feel like she personalized the treatment for me at all.. just slap the 35 units on my face like she does for everyone else. Especially in comparison to my first consultation with the provider who used to do my Botox (she was very detailed and explained everything). I was thinking in my head.. "that's it? She's not going to explain why she thinks 35 units would suffice? or get a closer look at my wrinkles?" BUT I thought 'well, she's a professional and I'm sure she knows what she's doing'. Sophia is kind and we make small talk. At some point in our conversation she casually tells me that after a about 2 weeks, when the Botox has taken full effect, I can see how it turned out and come back for touch ups if need be. I was like 'OK' but this was new to me because before (with my previous provider) I was never told touch ups would be needed. But I have no issues with this, I appreciated her saying that and felt reassured that this was just great customer service. Sophia proceeds to inject me with the Botox and even though I felt like I trusted her with my face (the receptionists boasted about how everyone who does Botox here has been doing it for 10+ years).. I was VERY taken aback by her technique. You would think she was trying to beat a world record with how fast she did the injections on me. I don't think she even took 2 minutes to do everything? And I have never experienced that before. The provider I went to before would take her time and slowly inject me while at the same time asking me to move my muscles around to (I assume) ensure she is placing the Botox on the proper areas. The experience with Sophia was the exact opposite. She just went to town and did the injections so fast and did not ask me to raise or frown my eyebrows during or at any point after the initial interaction. Honestly, I didn't know what to think; I was just surprised mostly and this experience felt very sloppy. But it's fine, I am no expert and I have to assumes there are different techniques for doing these procedures. So I just reassure myself that she is a professional and that she knows what she's doing. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, my Botox has fully set in and I am noticing that I can still frown my eyebrows & am still getting lines on my forehead. I called and spoke with a receptionist who lets me know that she can get me in for touch ups but it's not included in what I already paid. I was confused because when Sophia mentioned it to me, she said it so casually as if its 'no big deal, you can just come in and we'll fix anything that did not come out right'. At least that's how I perceived it. Come to find out that this is not the case and I would have to pay even more. My biggest issue with this is that, WHY do I have to make multiple trips for 'touch-ups'? If these ladies have been doing this for 10+ years should they not be able to tell me how many units I need as I sit there in front of them AND execute it with precision?? I never had this issue with my previous provider, my forehead was always frozen stiff on the first go. I felt that there was very little care that went into my treatment and my results prove that . And now that I informed them that the results are not satisfactory, I was told to come in and pay for more. At what point do these practitioners take responsibility for a job poorly done ? I fully explained what I wanted done and did not get it. End of story. read more
